Easy to set up. Faster than my older hPJ4860 all in one

I went from an Epson XP-410 to this bad buy and do not regret it one bit! The print quality and speed is fantastic and I love having the feeder tray up top. It also didn't hurt that I bought it when it was nearly fifty percent off! That is what I love about Best Buy; they offer awesome deals for awesome products during the holidays.

The setup was easy, especially the wi-fi setup with WPS. The eprint functions is great. Just set up an email account for the printer and email a document to it and it prints. No-brainer airprint setup. Prints from my iPad and iPod touch with no problems. Scanner is so fast you can scan receipts and toss them or shred them.

The ease of installing is worth the cost. This is my fourth HP printer and the best so far.

The HP Officejet Pro 8620 is clearly worth the extra money- you get what you pay for: fast printing, holds plenty of paper, can print from your phone or email, and you can sign up to have ink sent at half the cost. Overall very satisfied with this HP product.

Great printer. The new installation was easy and connecting into all my devices was simple.

Our old printer was an HP Officejet Pro 8600 and it was the best printer ever made that we purchased. Our new printer is an HP Officejet Pro 8610 and it isn't as good as the older model we had. It is noisy when it prints and seems to take a long time from when you request it to print before it actually does print the page out. The area where the printout come out of the printer makes it hard to grasp the pages off the flat panel. The tray holding the paper is hard to open because the spot to place your fingers to pull it out is small and low to the desk or tabletop. Double sided printing is a nightmare...especially if using paper that is pre-punched or more than 2 pages long. It prints backwards on the paper no matter which option you pick and prints pages 2 and 3 on one page and page 1 on another unless you type in 3,2,1 etc... for all pages to be printed which defeats the purpose of a smart printer doing it automatically like our old printer did. There are way too many print options in the software that are totally useless and confusing. The printer manual in the box has nothing in it as to how the print functions work.

We have been big fans of the hp all-in-one printers for years, starting with the hp 8500. All have worked very well. Easy to set up and we especially appreciate the wireless feature which makes printing from our iPhones and iPads effortless. A great product.

This is a phenomenal printer! It's inexpensive enough to be purchase as a home printer and capable enough to be used as a small business printer. The two sided printing and copying is my favorite and now most used feature and works very well. Print quality is great for home use and WiFi function works flawlessly.

I LOVE this printer. It copies, scans, and prints wonderfully, and is incredibly well-synced to the Internet for easy use like scanning directly to the computer without any software clicks on your actual computer. It also comes with some cool preloaded forms like fax covers and calendars. Great product all around!

This is definitely a much better printer than the earlier HP 8600 models. I have purchased several of these for a business and I can assure you it is money well spent. HP has really done a lot of improving.

Working from home deprived me of the printing and copying capabilities from my former office. The price was incredible, but I was most amazed by the printing quality--and copying was BETTER than the big office copier. Pictures on my newsletter were clearer than ever and the speed of color printing was fast.

I love the efficiency of the OfficeJet Pro Printers! Great printer and great sale price. My recommendation for this would be for any home use, college student, or small office. Buy the XL cartridges, so many more prints versus the standard size.

Disclosure-I had enough best buy points to purchase this printer for $5. Obviously, I got a wonderful deal, but I am extremely happy with this printer. I needed a wireless printer and wanted all the bells and whistles. Printer set up was easy, prints pictures nicely, love the auto ink service. Would buy again.

This printer was a great buy. It was easy to set up, works good, and prints fast.

This printer replaces an OfficeJet 6500. It is faster and heavier duty. The print quality is excellent, as is the speed of printing and scanning. The software installation was easy, although my virus protection software firewall causes my computer to not recognize the printer occasionally. This isn't HP's fault, but the online assistance with this issue is weak, hence the 4 star rating.
