This product was really easy to set up and also easy to use. Great clear copies. The photo lab is also easy to use. We just had our first grand child and use this feature quite often. I am 68 and not very tech savy so it had to be easy for my wife and i to work or it would still be sitting on the desk doing nothing!!!

Bought this so we could print from iPads, IPhones, Mac wirelessly! Happy with all the features and functions this printer offers and for the cost. Was a good buy! Very user friendly to set up and use.

I have adored the quiet, quick scanning. The feeder option works perfectly for faxing and scanning. I am more than impressed with the word and picture print quality. The screen is easy to use. I am using a stylus to input fax numbers, although the screen is one of the biggest printer screens I have seen.

Great printer for heavy use / easy to use and really quite for a large printer

This is a nice printer. Its faster and quieter then my old office jet 7780. It is slightly over priced, but still a good value. Set up was very easy.

When I purchased this printer it replaced an officejet pro 8500. They are very comparable devices yet with the 8620 I was able to print directly from my Android phone in 5 minutes. I am able to scan to ANY emaiI address Yahoo an Gmail included. My 15 yr old set this up just to prove the ease of install.

Used to use HP printers exclusively then switched to Epson. Not bad, but do not perform like HP. So far I haven't been able to find one negative about this printer. Ink use is reasonable, prints are crisp and sharp, network connectivity was a breeze. Scanner works great. Excellent printer for the money.

Everything about this printer is perfect. Looks great in the home office, prints fast and clear copies. Easy to scan documents to pdf. Love the air printing feature, can print from any pic in the home including iPad and iPhone!

I wanted a printer that prints and scans fast, and this is an affordable one.

I really enjoy using this printer. My photos look just as good, and sometimes better than if I had taken them to a one hour place. I can even make decent portrait packages of my grandkids for friends and family instead of going to a studio. One bonus I really like is that I can print from my camera, phone or tablet. Copies are great and the scanner is pretty decent too.

I am happy with the quality of the print, ease of operation of this printer.

I purchased the Officejet 8620 for home use because of its 250 paper capacity and the fact you can print from an iPad, though I have not set that up yet! It is much more sturdy than the smaller HPs. I have a small apartment, and it is not so big! Scanning, printing and faxing are simple....

I have had numerous HP printers in the past ten years and they have all performed well. This new HP Printer installed flawlessly on my business network and the print quality is excellent and the ink use is much better than previous models. It does it all and for a very reasonable investment.

Got it as a replacement for old dead printer. Easy to set up that is done by itself as well as using my PC. There is a learning curve as for what it can do and how to do what you want. The printing quality is very good and speedy, with many capabilities both online and offline but there is that learning curve. Would like to have a "how to" manual that is not provided.

Had to change from one HP to another. This all in one copier, fax, etc. is fast, easy to use and so far we are very pleased with the purchase. Cannot at this time tell how economical it is as far as using the colour cartridges.

Very easy to install, to print wireless and scan. The scanning feature lets you pick what type of document you want it to be pdf, jpeg, etc. I would recommend this printer.

Overall this is a great printer with e print capabilities. It has some limitations, however, as far as printing envelopes and postage, and is not really compatible with Stamps.com as the envelopes must be printed to the far right side and the software prints directly down the middle.

I scored this printer on sale at a price i was hoping to see. HP has great printers that perform as expected. I am on my 2nd HP printer in over 15 yrs. I would never buy anything other than HP printer. The output is up to my standards which my friends will tell you are very high.

I had purchased this one after understanding all features in detail. It exactly works as promised. Speed - Very efficient. Ease of use - 10/10 Responsiveness - 10/10 Over all a great office or home office printer.
