Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the excellent print quality and ease of use of the Officejet Pro 8620. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and fast scanning capabilities, while some find the printer's size and paper tray design less convenient. The printer's noise level is also a point of concern for a few users. Overall, positive feedback on printing quality and ease of use outweighs the negative comments on size and noise.

Easy setup, and great for scanning.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer was easy to install and register & we like the ease of scanning. We're trying the instant ink program and look forward to not running out of cartridges and having to shop for them. Overall, we've used HP products for many years and have been completely satisfied.

Great All In One
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP has really improved on the Office Jet Pro series since we purchased our last one. This is a great machine so far - The print speed is good. The design is great - not as big as our old Office Jet - Glad we upgraded!

My second HP Officejet Pro.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had an HP Officejet Pro for about 8 years and never had to call a repair person. It was a great machine. That is why I purchased another one because my old one was not printing pictures clearly and I thought it was time to replace it because I print a lot of pictures.

Easy installation; quick and colors are great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My last HP all-in-one finally went kaput - not totally - it still printed but the other functions stopped working. For the price of printers now days, it was easier and most likely cheaper just to buy a new one. And, Best Buy had an excellent selection with great pricing.

Prints crisply and set-up is easy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We replaced a very old Canon printer which we had kept because it was so good printing pictures, but ultimately failed. The HP 8620 is versatile and able to do much more than our old printer; its print quality is excellent and HP Instant Ink ensures we never run out of ink.

Easy and convenient printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is very easy to operate and set up. And I had the option of having the print cartridges sent in the mail directly when they get low on ink. You need to do this within a week of purchasing the printer and setup, so don't forget to get it done. Great deal I think!

Does 2-sided prints
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This officejet can do anything we need, especially 2 sided prints. We bought it when it was on sale and was a great deal. HP representative in store showed us all models and this one best met our needs. He was fantastic to answer all our questions expertly. He made the sale.

HP = Printing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have tried other brands in the past and won't make that mistake again - simply put HP means Printing! Ink can get pricey but overall it's worth it - quality is top notch and you do get good support when needed. Make sure you buy XL ink cartridges to stretch supply dollars.

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer to replace an Epson Artisan 810 that had six cartridges. The HP 8620 uses four cartridges that are a lot less expensive. The HP is also more intuitive than the Artisan. I can print directly from my Apple products and it prints fast. Great Printer.

Very versatile with multiple functions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With the multiple functions of copying, printing, scanning and faxing I have found it to be very helpful for everyday use. While I use it only personally, many of its features like the large ink cartridges makes it capable of doing a good volume at a reasonable price

Great printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It works, and works quickly. The wireless print apps are a must have in our environment, and it works well from all of our devices. This is a huge improvement over the Officejet 8500 it replaced. It's not a designated photo printer, but does well on the photos we've printed.

Officejet 8620 Vs. Envy 7640
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is amazing and I don't regret the purchase at all, amazing quality prints and photos. Fast copy scan and fax, I don't have anything negative to say about this printer. It is 100 times more better than the HP Envy 7640 that I ended up switching the very next day for this model here. The text isn't faded black it's actually a nice dark black. The Resolution is amazing and not faded and washed out like the Envy 7640. I did extensive research on printers in general before this purchase and it was between the Envy and the Officejet 8620. At the time the Envy had 1 bad review but I was trying not to go off of one bad review and since HP no longer makes Photosmart printers (Discontinued) and the Envy line was a bump up from Photosmart (which by the way the Photosmart c410 great printer and only got a new printer cause of the instant ink program) I thought I can't really go wrong, since this review is more about the Hp Officejet 8620 I won't go to much into detail on the Envy line but what made me get this printer was the amazing reviews it had, when I unboxed the envy it was smaller than your average all in one printer, the ppm speed was slow for a top of the line printer on the 7640 and the color quality resolution was really embarrassingly bad. My printer that I purchased in 2010 was WAY better than the 7640 and I wanted a printer that can either out do or hold a candle to the c410 and this printer exceeds my expectations. On the 7640 I called tech support and I ended up getting a defective printer because the printer wasn't utilizing it's photo tray at all it was stuck. That same day I purchased it they wanted to send me a new printer and I said ok.. but quickly cancelled and bought back the 7640 for this as I said above. I also noticed you don't get crisp clear quality on the Envy 7640 vs the Officejet 8620 the colors are dull on the 7640 and don't stand out as the Officejet 8620 they are vibrant sharp and stand out tremendously. Please do your research before buying your printers and listen to the reviews, while I liked to take my experience for mine and not completely ignore reviews but consider and purchase a product with a bad review anyway that really cost me lots of headache and time. Take into consideration every review on a product and if one product has one bad review be wary of that. Everyone's experience is different some people will swear by the 7640 some people don't like the 8620. It just depends on what you do and what you will use it for so don't think Im just saying Hey, completely ignore the 7640, but FOR ME it wasn't worth the money and FOR ME the quality on this model (Officejet 8620) out performed the Hp Envy 7640 in a list of things. And lastly don't go by just specs or numbers on a box what seems good on a box may not seem as good on a personal level with a product, what seems good on paper may not work well with software or in some cases hardware.

Half off for this one.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a problem when it comes to seeing 50% off deals. I could have been just as happy with some thing that takes a lot less space. This thing is enormous. I have had only one problem. When I did the update to windows 10, the printer would not communicate wirelessly with my laptop, so I had to run the older version of windows for the printer.
