Works wonderful. Had slight off-line issue. HP customer service was professional & exceptional. Resolved problem in one call. Printer works great. Will not be disappointed in your purchase of this item. Best printer I've purchased thus far.

This is everything you want in a printer - easy to setup, has the email to printer function, works with Android devices, scans over LAN, scans to email, you name it, it does it. The blacks aren't as pronounced as on past printers, but I think it still looks good. I did purchase the extra tray from another location, because I thought for $25 I couldn't go wrong. I was wrong - don't bother - you'll end up with jams eventually. Other than that, best printer I've owned to date, but I definitely didn't pay $300 for it (I hope?).

THERE IS ONE SMALL PROBLEM WITH THIS PRINTER. THE FIRST PAGE PRINTED PICKS UP 5 OR 6 PAGES IN ADDITION TO THE PRINTED ONE.. IT ONLY DOES THIS ON THE FIRST PAGE. OTHERWISE IT IS FINE. IT PRINTS WELL

My initial intention was to buy a color laser printer, but I had a need and no time to shop for a laser. When this unit went on sale for $155, I could not resist. It was extremely easy to set up, although I have not yet confirmed all of the features. I am glad to have this versatile of a printer for the price.

I had an 8600 printer that I loved. I was checking the website one day and saw the 8620 on sale and knew I had to jump on it. This printer does all that's expected and more. Great product for ALL printing, copying, faxing, scanning etc....

I have been using this new printer to make invitations, scrap book pages, graduation cards etc... It prints very good quality pictures. However, I have noticed that it has difficulty picking up certain photo paper and sometimes it even picks up several pieces of photo paper at one time so it ends up wasting my paper.

Each upgrade has required a small learning curve, but I am very pleased with the quality of this printer. I have not hooked up FAX yet, but printing, scanning and copying are doing great.

I replaced an older HP Officejet with this one. It is a truly outstanding new model. It has tons of features that make it easy to work with both an iMac and a PC. I highly recommend this printer for anyone looking for a great all in one product.

Needed to replace mom's current printer and the ability to scan to pdf. This unit does just that using a simple menu on the printer face. Only downside is that it does take up a significant amount of desk space so plan ahead and measure.

Purchased a HP Officejet Pro 8620 to replace another HP printer. Works well and has a easy set-up. Like all printers the ink costs is where the company makes the money. The one caveat with the printer is that when scanning an item, I have been able to locate the darkness capabilities like the prior HP printer.

My HP Officepro 8500 sadly stopped working properly and could not be easily repaired. Figured this is the new and improved equivalent and purchased. Could not be happier! Excellent print color and quality. Will remain a loyal HP consumer

I love this printer, would buy again. Have bought other printers that are supposed to have higher print quality not happy with them at all. THis printer has the same printer quality as many other much much more expensive HP printers.

This product is a well put-together product that works cleanly and efficiently. It performs all functions advertised, works well with my laptop computer, and prints good-quality, highly readable documents, in addition to scanning and faxing.

I haven't used this printer much, but so far it has worked really well. I especially love the 250 sheet capacity tray and the setup was really easy. It is still not as fast as I would like. I'm a bit impatient and it seems to take a bit longer to print that what I expected. But overall, so far so good.

Super easy to setup, unpack it, load the ink and paper and it finds the network. Great performance and value for the price. Having individual colored ink cartridges you never throw out unused ink. Just buy it and simplify your life.

Easy to setup. Works great. LOVE the ability to print remotely via the app on my phone. Connected my dropbox account, so I can open the app, pull up a document in dropbox, and send it to the printer. High quality and very fast. Great buy!

I haven't had a chance to use this extensively but my limited experiences have included quick printing and a user friendly process for scanning and saving documents. Well done, HP.

This printer is by HP, as is my computer. This allows me to easily use HP printing software and make great documents. I can resize documents, adjust color, create cards, etc. I especially like the wireless capability which means I can email internet images to my printer and they remotely print.

This multi-functional device allows me to use my phone, table or laptop to print, copy, fax or scan from anywhere in my house since they are all on the same wifi network. Awesome

I use this product for home business and so far so good. Copies are quick, scans look great and the ink is still going. The touch screen is very easy to figure out and use.
