Printer works very well and was easy to set up - even the wireless features which says a lot since I'm not as tech oriented as some. Printing on both sides is a definite paper saver for some printing jobs.

I wasn't certain which printer I was going to purchase when I needed to replace my old printer. After checking other's comments and reviews, I settled on this one...it had every feature I was looking for but I was unsure about purchasing this one because of the size of the printer...I have a very tiny office/studio but I am very happy I did. The quality is outstanding, the colors are crisp and bright, I LOVE the wireless feature. And it's a workhorse...I use it to print product labels, shipping labels, invoices, brochures, signage...you name it! Best of all I got it on sale, got an additional discount with my trade-in and even purchased the ink program. Highly recommend!

HP has been a product we have purchased in the past and we have had good success with it. So when I was at the store and had a chance to grill the HP reps on some issues with older models, I was satisfied with the answer's and purchased the printer. Easy set up, less than total 10 minutes complete. To connect to the computer, set up wireless printing to all devices, connect to router and start printing even with the new printer cartridges they offer. Fast B & W printing. Color is sharp and fast printing, no bleeding in the print. Fax and scanner work great. All and all a real great deal especially when HP was offering at the store a great rebate! Would recommend.

Printer connects to wireless network better and more reliably than any other wireless printer I've had. Double-sided scanning via the document feeder is great, and works well with the printer software. It doesn't work as well with the Windows 8 app called "HP scan and capture" though, since the back side of each page is upside down, and must be manually rotated. The full application software that comes with the printer does NOT have this problem, but it will not let you re-arrange the page order of a scanned multi-page document. Maybe HP will get those features added/fixed as time goes on. Printer/scanner/copier/fax machine is great - and FAST though.

This printer is great for my small office printing. It is fast, breeze to hook up to wireless and scans faster than any printer I have had in the past. I am very happy with it.

Hands down the best HP printer I have ever owned - fast, easy to setup, works great over wi-fi. Its bigger than the all in one it replaced, but its worth the extra space.

I was replacing an older HP printer and went into the store entirely intending to purchase a different brand because, I'd heard, another brand used less ink. However, after talking with the sales rep about the various printers Best Buy sells, I settled on this one and it does not disappoint. HP has done a lot to upgrade this model. It does use less ink than my last HP printer, but it also is wireless, even uses NFC from my smartphone, and prints faster than my previous printer. Moreover, it was one of the few that is capable of scanning or copying legal sized documents on the flatbed scanner.

Found this printer to be exactly what I needed and easy to set up. The instructions on the printer panel to set up made it easy. I set it up on our home network on which we use both PCs and MACs as well as iPhones and iPads. All work well and once each one was set up with the network and printer they work great. Print quality was very good for print and pictures worked best on heavier paper (we did a Christmas letter and used heavier paper, not photo paper) and they looked great. We also took advantage of the HP automatic print cartridge offer and that makes the cost much more affordable and easy.

This printer is definitely an all in one. Scan, copy, and fax. One or two sided printing, resizing are all done easily. Wireless is the only way to go these days.

I needed to replace a jammed printer quick to be able to service one of my insurance agencies' waiting clients... Ran to Best Buy and picked this feature fill printers... Set up was a breeze... Smart Networking feature got use up on our wireless and wire network in a flash. Happy Clients out the door. Since I put it in service it has performed flawlessly and I've been surprised by the cartridge life.... Price was great, too a real value!!!!!!!!!

We upgraded from a Photosmart 7280 and this printer has been an improvement in every way. I skipped the HP bundled drivers and toolset and I haven't noticed any lack of functionality so far. The printing is quick, quiet, and required almost no setup for our multiple devices. The web connected tools work great as well and super helpful, as my wife often needs documents printed while traveling so she can pick them up on the way to appointments. Now she can just email the documents directly to the printer and have it ready. Great product!

Great printer probably a little more than I need, but it came with a great price. Fast, great duplex printing, fast scans. Really easy setup

I purchased this printer after previously using a much cheaper model that had malfunctioned and was discarded. I have used this printer for about 2 months now and it has performed great. The 250 sheet feeder works great and never jams. The printing speed is phenomenal and the scanner and associated software are very easy to use. It also uses less ink and so is much cheaper than my previous printer. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Great all-in-one printer, scanner, fax and copier. Super easy to set up. A large sized printer so make sure you have room for it.

Outstanding value, though the ink is a little pricy. It worked as advertised right out of the box with a minimum amount of configuration. I have put it through its paces by printing remotely from my IPad in a different city, scanning, faxing (send/receive), printing locally and it worked perfectly. My daughter printed a document, from Jacksonville, FL, by taking advantage of its email capability. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a workhorse of a home/home office printer.

I purchased one of these for myself and ending up purchasing two more about a month later for my parents. Set up was simple on my home network. I can now print from any device from anywhere in the house. I also like the scan to email feature. Instead of the app based scan to email HP has, you can also choose to input your email address and password for non-app based scan to email which seems more reliable than the app version. I would absolutely recommend buying this printer.

Real simple. I had a simple deskjet that I bought on black friday. It wasnt quick and didnt have very many features. Ive always loved the officejet back to my 7410 from years ago. Printer is everything I needed. Scans, copies, prints duplex, and can fax if i ever find myself stuck in the 90s. Picture quality isnt great but this isnt a photo printer. If you do small business work or just need a printer that can print from your phone or tablet this is the one for you.

I purchased this printer for my daughter for home use. I have had it at my office for almost a year and love it. I have another ink jet and laser printer in the same room, but no longer use them. This printer is fast and has great color. I have used it to scan images into e-mails and it works great. I don't think HP has produced a better printer. Add to all this and Best buy has the lowest price of all with free shipping. It was a deal I could not beat anywhere.
