I with held one star due to the fact that I have only had this one week. but so far so good. it took less than one hour to get it up and running. the wireless, so far, has worked flawlessly. that was the main reason for the purchase. other reviews I had read indicated problems with this feature and in fact I previously had two HP printers that had wireless problems, but so far this one has worked very well. it also produces very nice scans. something else I use regularly and they are of very good quality. so far I have not had a need to make a copy, but I don't think it will be any problem

Easy setup, good quality, reliable, with some cool features. I love the remote printing when out the office!

we have instant ink too. for $48 a year. seemlike the thng to do with kids in school. I print work items 12-18 pages at a time. it is a bit noisy. but works fine from my samsung note 4 and ipad and lap top. have not recieved FAX yet. Who does that anymore? we printed 100 pges plus and still on originla factory ink. instant came in mail already too.

Very Solid and delivers high quality prints. The faxing application is fantastic and the paper feeder makes it easy to fax multi-page faxes with ease. The ability to scan documents and send them as a pdf file to email is a fantastic feature which is a great time saver especially with multi-page documents. A Great AIO for any home office. I have not experienced all the features yet but am very pleased with what I have thus far.

Simple to use. Easy to set up. Great copies, prints, and scans. Love the wireless connectivity.

I work from home, we have a computer schooled stay at home kid and a wife that brings work home a lot. For the past 8 plus years we have had enjoyed this series of Hp Printers. Dependable, color is great and just easy to use. Ink replacement is fairly inexpensive and seems to last a while for us. I will continue to buy a Hp AIO as long as they make them. A Four star out of Five for some connection issues but can't blame completely on our 8620.

I have had this HP Officejet Pro 8620 in use for a couple of month and I love it. I went back to HP brand and this one particular product is so easy to use. I am not very technological so this is perfect for me; easy to use, great colors and printing and always ready with a push of a button. It's smaller in size than the two previous printers but this is so much better. I still have to buy the router to make it wireless printer.

I have been very pleased with this printer from the start! It continues to be the best printer I have ever used. It is an e-all-in-one with fax capabilities. Set up was easy as well. Just part of what makes it so great... the duplexing option and the ease of scanning to the printer or my computer through the document feeder takes the dread out of using it, that I had in my past printers. Also want to mention its speed - fast!

This printer was a steal for the price paid. It is a workhorse, does the job nicely and is able to be accessed from all wireless devices. On con is that it is a very BIG printer and takes up a bit of desk space. Overall we are very pleased with it and highly recommend it.

This is a great machine. Good quality printing and scanning. Options for WiFi connect which is handy. Looks nice and prints quietly. I don't use the fax so I can't speak to that. The only difficulty is if you need to print only one addressed envelope on occasion, it's a huge hassle. Oftentimes, it does not even print it correctly and wastes office supplies. I own a small business and don't need to print envelopes often...if I had known the difficulty printing envelops, I would have purchased a different printer.

Purchased this printer for my home office. It performs way beyond my expectations. Prints very fast and the color is awesome! It was very easy to set up and install. By the way the WiFi printing is a plus. Thanks Best Buy for making this printer so affordable ! Ladij

I absolutely love my new HP Officejet Pro 8620. It does everything its supposed to with ease. Installation was easy, and I am still using the ink that came with it and I have printed a lot. I got a great price from BEST BUY and free ink for 7 months. I purchased this to replace my HP C410A that was 5 yrs old. This new one works so much better and the ink seems to last a long time.

I studied up on this to compare models, brands, read reviews, to finally decide on this HP to replace my HP Photosmart C4150 which died after many years of good service. This has more features than I have ever used, but it was a very good price compared to lesser models. What sold me was the 4 separate ink tanks, you can also use the XL size of all inks, the 4.3 in. large display screen, large capacity paper tray, wireless so I have more choice where to place it. I'm fussy about text & graphic print quality and do a lot of family tree work, but this is as good as my old photosmart, and the print is adjustable for different needs/uses. It all works as expected, was easy to set up and connect. It prints out really fast! This printer is not compact, it is very large, but it does everything I will ever need, and seems to do it all well

This machine practically set itself up and works great doing allthe functions it's designed to do. Prints color photos on 20 pound paper just fine. Scanner works without a hitch. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a good 4 in one machine.

My HP deskjey finally died, and when I call HP about they told me that it was time to bury her . They also offered , to me, this printer at a "special rate " including shipping . While I was speaking with the representative I logged on to Best Buy and saw the printer for less. When I informed the representative of the price difference she began to tell me how the Best Buy price didnt include thei HP warranty or customer service. That helped me decide to say thank you , hang up and head to Best Buy. Better price, better customer service. The printer is always nothing more than a holder for the over priced ink cartridges, which is what printer companies make their money from. This printer performs its job and thats all it has to do. Hold the ink, send the fax, scan, copy and print , that is the job of the printer. It does the job.

The paper tray is awkward, and since we need to change paper types frequently, we purchased a second tray. The salesperson said there was not a second tray for this printer, but HP online had it. The two-sided printing option is really useful, but it won't do two-sided on custom paper sizes, so we are still pulling the paper tray out frequently. Overall print quality is good, and wireless printing across our network has been a big help. Have not used the fax setup.

Replaced an older HP 8600 "All-in-one" It was very easy to setup and install wirelessly in the home and connect all our computers and Apple products to it. Print fast and flawlessly and the scanner is awesome and very easy to use. Like feature of copying 81/2 by 11 paper as well.

Excellent printers for small and big business firms. Easy to use. It utilizes the ability to print a document from almost anywhere wirelessly, whether Is from a computer or a mobile device. Downloading the the software tool for this printer makes it easy to control faxes that are being sent. Scanning a document is quite simple and it also wirelessly. Recommend...

I have limited space available for a printer so I had to rearrange my office around to fit it, but I'm thrilled. Print quality is excellent, larger capacity tray, using the new ink replacement program I never have to worry about running out, scanning is a breeze and I'm in love with the the Blue Tooth feature. Yes, I'm just joining the modern world...

I work out of my home and this printer is perfect for what I need! I love the scan to network folder option, and how fast the printer is at everything (printing, scanning, copying, etc). I use the HP Instant Ink service so that I don't have to go out and buy my own cartridges. I save time and money with the program. This the best printer I've ever owned.
