I've had a HP officejet 8500 for the past 7 years and wasn't 100% satisfied so I was hesitant to go with another HP but I have been very pleased with this one and its very easy to use. I'm happy I went with it and it was definitely cheaper than getting my old one fixed again.

This printer was easy to set up with all of my devises and I like the automatic paper feed. It is much faster than other printers I have had at this price point and scans multiple pages at one time. The touch screen also works well and the ink seems to last longer than in my prior hp printer. My only issue is that we have multiple devises and somehow it has lost the ability to scan to all of them. This however might be a operating software issue.

Decided to update my printer so I could print from my tablets. Got a great price on this one. After 21 days the touchscreen developed a row of dead pixels. BB exchanged it no problem. I'm about 10 days into the next one. So far no problems. Generally I like the printer but printing from tablets is still pretty limited and a bit of a chore. At least it's possible now though. The setup was a bit tough through HP because you have a couple options and I chose the wrong one the first time through. Print quality is good. Seems fast enough. Love the duplexing. The touchscreen is completely vertical on this model, as opposed to being a slight angle like the older models, so it's a bit hard to press the right options. I stand 6'1" and the touchscreen is about 3 1/2' off the ground so the angle is not conducive to a perfect press. The multi page hopper works great to send up to 30 pages through the scanner or fax. I love the large paper tray as I don't have to fill it all the time. I also like the pull out for the paper to prevent it from falling on the floor. The last model wasn't retractable once it was extended. If the touchscreen holds on this one, then I'm pretty happy.

I have always used HP printers. They are good products that perform well. The last one I had still works great, but was not keeping up with me, nor did it print on both sides of the paper automatically. Having just started my graduate program, I needed something that printed double-sided, scared multiple pages (via feeder), and was economical with ink. This printer has fulfilled all of my needs, and is worth every penny. The greatest part is that it is eligible for the ink program (sorry...I forgot the name of it right now). When you sign up for the service, HP will send you specific ink cartridges, will monitor your usage, and will automatically send you ink when the levels get too low. AUTOMATICALLY!! How awesome is that? Even with he largest package ($10 per month), it is far less in cost than having to buy cartridges every other month at almost $80. If you print a lot, you MUST get this printer and ink program.

Easy to set up and easy to use! Great printer. As a teacher, I am hard on printers because I print more in a month than the average printer is made for so this is my second printer of this model. This has been a great model for my uses. So glad that I could still get the same model to replace the old one after I abused it so badly.

The printing quality of this printer is very good. Set up was really easy. I had it set up and printing (wireless) from my laptop iPad and iPhone in less than 30 minutes. I like that the paper actually stores in a drawer rather than sticking out from the top or bottom and getting dusty or bent. Great price for a great computer

I let Windows 10 find and load this printers drivers. Mistake. It is better to download the software package from HP and install that instead. ALWAYS create a restore point on your computer before installing ANY driver/software package from any company! Once the HP package was installed, everything worked perfectly. I haven't tried the NFC printing option yet, but the scan, copy, print all work without a hitch and like it should. I was able to scan to the computer without going to the computer. This is super fast in printing (especially compared to my 7 year old Canon MX860 which quit working thus purchasing this HP). Very happy with this printer. One thing I would note is that after you've installed the HP software, reboot. I was having problems and it wasn't until after I rebooted that things worked correctly. Not sure why I didn't think of that up front.

I'm very pleased with this printer. It was easy to set up and works well. The only problem I ran into was I needed to download the latest driver from the HP support website in order for the 2 sided copy feature to work when printing from my computer. The ink seems to last much longer than other printers I've had.

This machine does everything its supposed to do and then some it has no real issues it worked flawlessly out of the box installed easily the only thing I see with this is the lack of apps in the apps that's not really a reason to lower the rating sure they're probably is other apps that you can download from the site but the ones that come with it are a little weak of course that's something that would be based on what each person is really into probably the best app for any printer would be one that can be used to create cards pretty simplified but I looked through all the apps on it and I couldn't find anything of the sort. Again I didn't go to the site but all in all its one heck of a printer!! Buy it!!

Setup took 5-10 minutes each downloading the software for my PC and MAC. Since then the printer works great: It holds plenty of paper, it prints fast, scans without any problems, and of course is wireless. This is much better than my cannon pixma whatever, that was giving constant paper load errors.

I have had this printer for a year, and recently bought another one for my son to use in his home office. Have had zero problems with it. No jams and no error messages. You can load a stack of papers in the top and it will scan or copy them quickly. Have not had to buy any refills for the ink yet.

This printer is compact and will easily fit into a computer bag or a piece of on-board luggage. Capable of wireless or USB printing. The quality of the print is good and the speed is adequate. At this price-point the computer could be a throw away after a couple of years if you start having issues.

This printer is easy to install and use. The scanning, copying and printing features are all very easy to use. Also, is very easy to print envelopes on this printer. Highly recommend for personal use or office (am using for both).

This is one fast printer. The pages literally pop out. Easy to install. Works great. So far we really love it and are glad we upgraded to it. We love the easy access with our smart phones too. Touch menu is easy to operate. I believe this the best printer we've ever owned, and that's been quite a few!

I was looking for a printer that handled both legal and regular size paper and am extremely satisfied I found this at Best Buy. It prints fast, handles well, and was reasonably priced. Love it! I have a few printers at home and this is my go to printer now for all my print jobs. Thanks!

Best part is it was super easy to set up and when you have it connected wirelessly any device can print to it without any additional set up on the devices as long as they are hooked to the same wifi signal all devices see this printer as a print option and it just works! Amazing! Love it!

I bought this to replace a one year old smaller HP printer. HP seems to be hit or miss with many of their products -- so if it wasnt for the sale price I would have went to another brand. This printer seems to interface well with my current devices and computers. Print quality is decent, fast, and consistent. Downside is this printer is massive! Best of luck on your purchase.

This printer was easy to setup for wireless printing. Using the HP app made it easy to print from anydevice from anywhere . Plus the ink program is very nice, no more runnimg out of ink and heading to get some in the middle of a job.. Also there are many built in apps and more to choose from.

The printer was very easy to set up, even for a tech challenged person. It has already gotten much use since it was purchased. It hasn't been set up as a Fax yet, but plan to do so in the near future. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, which made the decision a no brainer.
