Needed to replace my aging and non-functioning all in one and saw this. Was skeptical on how it would perform given the cost and my luck with HP all in ones lately but I have been pleasantly surprised! Great quality, quiet, reliable and long ink life... so far so good!

The printer does all the functions needed for a small office. Prints quickly, on both sides, has fax function, as well as scan. It also has a page feeder which saves a lot of time. So far, quite happy. Still to be seen is how durable it may be, and how much ink it will use.

The 8620 provides high quality print outs quickly. The set up was straight forward and easy. I have been able to print (from Smart Phone and desktop), copy and scan without issue. The 2 sided print functionality was key in completing a brochure we needed to produce quickly.

Bigger than I thought it would be, but fully functional as an office printer. Love that its wireless and I can print from any device in the house. So far, printing quality has been great. Even though I have not done any big color jobs, I feel certain that it will perform well. Love the HP alerts that provide tips on efficient ways to use the printer.

Bought this printer to replace HP8600. Installation was simple. I suggest downloading the software from the HP support website for the latest drivers. The printer found my network quickly so now all my devices, including my iPad can print remotely. Works great so far.

I have had it for only a short time but I am very satisfied at this point. Very easy to set up and prints, copies and everything very nicely. At this point I would highly recommend it. Only gave it 4 stars because other sites had comments that it worked fine for 90 days and then stopped so maybe I will change my tune when 90 days comes up.

This is my second HP OJ 8620 and both the original and the newer unit have operated without a single problem. These are the fastest printer, fax and scanners I have ever operated in 45 years of my career. I highly recommend this model for any small business or home.

Even though I am not a "techy" I was able to install myself. Will admit the fax connection gave me fits for a bit but I finally got all the wires where they belong. Working great and has all the features I need for our home office. Much faster printer than my Lexmark.

I absolutely love this printer! It's fast n prints awesome! The best part is how easy it is to use and the touch screen capabilities! I also love that it's wireless. This printer is one of the best I've had and one of the easiest to setup!!!! Best purchase yet!!!!

Good on ink. Not compact. Faxes, scans, copies and prints

This printer provides excellent prints and also has all the features any home office would require. Proved to be extremely easy to hook-up the wireless option and has very handy scan feature. All things considered this was an excellent value for the price.

We are a family that heavily uses mobile iProducts. This printer has made life a lot easier, in color, ecoprint (2-sided), and from anywhere within our wifi zone. This is a bigger machine than we were looking for, but it still fit in the spot we had for it.

I love this printer. I like the screen and the apps that you can install. Even my kids enjoy it because they can just print activities right of the printer. Great PRINTER great price and allows you to print from other devices which is a plus in my house.

I have struggled with printers over the last several year - they broke down too soon and they were plagued with problems. This one was easy to set up, easy to use, and I've had no problems.

I love the printer, but am having a bit of trouble setting up my fax to receive faxes. I can send without any problem - I guess I just need to keep "tinkering" with the set-up. My real problem is that I don't have a dedicated land line for the fax so am sharing my phone with the fax. I think what I need to do is a little more research on how to automatically receive faxes. I CAN receive them if I am standing by the fax and press the "answer" button when the printer recognizes a fax. I just want to be able to have it answered automatically. That is the only comment that might be considered negative about this product. I am quite happy with it, even with the fax problem as I know I won't be receiving many faxes so it shouldn't be a problem at all for me. I have no problem sending them so that is the most important part of the fax to me.

Has everything you need.great printing ease. Can print out photos or documents from your smartphone. Fax is easy to setup and use. Ink is not so expensive. Better than my last printer. Always have bought hp everything. Can't go wrong with this one!!

Easy to set up as my computer already had the drivers. Simple to set up with clear instructions. Easy access from any room in my house! Great looking sharp copies and prints! Highly recommended.

I love the quietness and speed of the Officejet Pro 8620e All In One Wireless Printer. It was easy to set up even I could do it. It was priced right also. Love the double sided print feature.

Bought this to replace an HP Officejet 6500 that died (stopped printing apparently because of a bad printhead). Easy to set up and it has printed well with my only negative being that it is much larger and heavier than the 6500. It barely fit in the printer space in my computer cabinet. I bought the extended warranty for $20 (covering repairs until 2018) just in case. I have an HP LaserJet 2200 that is over 15 years old and had to be put back together after I dropped it down some stairs, but I am not sure that HP makes them as durable these days.

I have owned about a dozen different printer/scanner/fax/copiers in my life. This one ACTUALLY does all four. And with such ease! I have had it about a month now and am amazed at how smoothly it works and how easily it is to navigate the settings.
