Some basic knowledge is needed to set up the printer, however, once it's set up it is very easy to use. The quality of the printing is remarkable. Very satisfied with this product.

Does everything I can imagine faster and cheaper than anything else on the market and accepts cheap good quality online replacement ink

It dose everything I need to do. It prints form my computer fast both sides. Scans both sides, I gave a document to a hospital and they returned it saying I should keep the original. Great Printer

It's bigger than my old printer but it performs very quickly and print quality is excellent. It required very little time to set up. The instant ink program appears to be a plus.

We had to replace our old microwave of 10 years and decided to stick with the Whirlpool brand. This model was easy to install, and looked great with the hidden vent on top. Easy to use, with extra large turntable. After 4 months of ownership the door latching mechanism broke. We called Best Buy for help, and they instructed us to contact Whirlpool warranty. A technician came out and had to order a small plastic part, then it was fixed. Took 3 weeks. Still working without issue. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have express cook buttons like our prior model, just the +30 second function.

This is our second Office Jet Pro. It's a good daily printer, economical to operate and handles copying and FAXes (sends to our email, so we don't have to print all of the trash FAXes)

I had an old HP printer G55 that was 20 years . got damage when moving. Hope It will last at least haft of the old one, so far I am impress with all it can do and the quality of the prints.
