We use these printers in over 50 of our stores and they work awesome.

Easy to set up and makes great color prints! One drawback, isn't compatible with windows Vista 64. Had to upgrade before it worked right.

This printer is much faster than my last hp but I got another one because they are so dependable.

Does Everything we need it for well once we got it properly set up. Unfortunately, HP instructions are are poor, and accessing help from HP is extremely difficult. If you type in the website per instructions, you get totally confusing choices. Thus, we had to call in the Geek Squad at an additional charge. Based on prior experience, I totally recommend the extended warranty.

So far very pleased. I really like the HP printer line. I had some problems with 8710 but so far this 8720 is working well. I like that this unit is more molded so there is no vulnerable pull out to keep the sheet from falling to the floor so I feel it is much safer in it's place behind my desk. It fits nicely on my printer stand even with the molded part sticking out it is still very steady on the stand. I love the fact that has duplex to save on paper.

Best printer I've had so far! I previously had a HP and this one far exceeds the quality I knew I would get.

This printer was easy to set up only took about 10 minutes. A lot quieter and much faster than my HP 7555.

Love the two-sided printing! Great for scanning and LAN access! May buy 2nd one for use in different place.
