Good printer, but it does have one issue!

The pages come out upside down, so when you're printing a nice, high-quality photo, the image gets smudged when it comes out upside down and rubs on the output bin. Only way I've found to keep it from doing that is to try and grab the paper as it's coming out...easier said then done. ;-)

Big improvement over my last printer. Setting up fax was super easy. The menu is easy to follow. I signed up for HP's ink service and went way over my 300/month count but the cost is still way way cheaper than going to Kinko's or Staples for copies.
