I've had this printer for about 6 weeks and I really like it a lot. I needed to add a second printer to my home network andI've had an 8610 now for a few years and it's been problem free so I figured I'd stay with the same line of printers. I read a lot of reviews before I make this type of purchase because when I spend this kind of money, I want to make sure it's worth it and what kinds of problems and issues people have had. The printer was super easy to set up right out of the box, about 15 minutes, including removing all of the packaging. In a lot of reviews some people complain about connection problems because it is a wireless printer. I use a Mac and every time I add a printer, Macs make it so easy and it takes about 30 seconds. Even adding it to my home network from the printer screen was simple. The print quality is excellent, even for printing photos. One of the reasons I bought this printer was for scanning pictures and the scanning quality is very good as well. Another reason I chose this is that the ink cartridges are refillable, which saves me a lot o money in buying replacement cartridges. We'll see how the printer holds up over time. If it is as good as my other one, I'll be satisfied.

Overall, this is a fantastic printer, but setup was a bit stressful. After downloading the latest upgrade, all went well. HP may want to put the upgrade in the initial set up materials to make people understand better. The print quality is superb and it makes pictures that look professional. It works well with my internet WiFi set up and my phone so I am very grateful for that. Fast and easy to use providing a great experience for me.

This replace a discontinued HP prrinter.It is fast,only thing does not have a separate photo to load from,you have to change from paper and insert photo paper every time you want to print.

Great printer st a steal of a price $199.99, ease of use is a plus we can print from our laptops as well as our cell phones. Great for personal and business scan, fax, copy and print.

Is very easy to set-up and operate and does an excellent job. A little bit large but it will suffice.

Very easy to set up and install software for first use. Definitely a good bargain! To operate the device was not challenging, like some devices are. Would recommend to everybody!

This printer has proven that it can handle the workload for multiple jobs. I like having the ability to print, scan and fax legal size documents as well as print color photos.

I love HP printers. My old HP got damaged from a storm so I did careful research online comparing printers for a replacement. This one does everything I need and even reduces! Only thing I don’t like is the paper tray. The paper goes too far in, but this feature is on every HP now. I would have liked the white model of the printer but BB doesn’t carry it. I am happy with this one so far, a month now.

Just purchased this printer for my home office and was wildly impressed with how easy it was to set up. The printer is very quick to respond via the app, and the email to print feature is awesome. Most of what I print for work is sensitive information so I like that it prints the paper face down. The reason I did not give it 5 Stars is because the app requires you to be on the same network. It would be nice to print from anywhere using the app. This however is appeased by the email to print feature

Purchased this printer to replace two Epson WF printers that had crapped out in less than a year. The printer was easy to install, works well on the network, and provides fast, clear and consistent copies. While some of the commands (scanning for example) is not quite as 'one button easy' as the other printers, two key strokes for a great scan beats one button for a lesser quality from other machines

First I should mention that my regular printer for the last several years was (a series of) HP DeskJet 1000-1010. It was functional and served my needs. Now that I am in need of a printer that can handle perhaps thousands of pages of booklets monthly, I opted for the HP Officejet Pro 8720 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. How good is it? ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I ran over 100 copies of a 28-page booklet (8.5"x14" two sided) with not a single hitch. Especially impressive was the batch where I decided to step off the ledge and trust the duplex printing. Worked like a charm! The print quality was wonderful, and the speed was excellent! That's the good news. The bad? First one I got home refused to install. Printer-head problems, No way to troubleshoot through it. So I took it back to BestBuy the next day to get the second, which was the subject of my waxing poetic about its excellence abovec. Then a slow week passed, during which I probably didn't print 20 pages. Suddenly, printerhead issues again. Again, couldn't troubleshoot through it. Again, I brought it back to BestBuy for a replacement. I got #3 home last night, and almost threw it through the window when I got a printerhead error message during setup. However, by then I was expert on the steps to attempt to fix this, and it worked like a charm. Of course, the jury is still out. The next multi-copy booklet run will commence in a week. If the printer gets through without error messages, I'll try to trust. Till then, it's like the 8720 has cheated on me but wants to make up! Why have I kept getting replacements? I've scoured reviews about this product and have not found a single example of this problem noted. And hey, it works so awesomely WHEN IT WORKS that I'm willing to go for a third strike -- or the homerun! That and the fact that BestBuy has made it easy to swap out with no questions asked keeps me coming back...

Great all-in-one printer. Very convenient feed for scanning and copying. Makes for fast work. If for home use, keep in mind this has a large footprint and plan accordingly.

This HP office jet pro 8720 All-in-One printer is something I needed for a while. The setup was a breeze. I absolutely love it. Very easy to use. My husband loves it as well.

I purchased my HP printer because of my experience with previous purchased printers. Basically it was an update and replacement of a printer that I had for almost 10 years.

We use these in our office setting so we have had a good history with this printer. It stands up to our heavy use needs quite well. For our home it was a bit bigger than our old all in one but the quality for price was unbeatable. Very quite and the printing, scanning, copying and additional features make it a great addition for our family needs. Integrates easy for multiple wireless users with decent security.

This is a big printer, make sure you have the space for it before buying it. This is a great printer, very fast, double sided printing, double sided scanning. It can do everything and it does it fast and efficiently. If you have kids and you need to scan there double sided homework, this is perfect. I highly recommend the HP auto ink renewal service, it will really save you 50% or more on the cost of ink, hands down!

My review is mediocre because I think that the printer is way nicer than my desktop!! I will only use it at home for personal/home office but it has nice office recommendations that I can't speak to. It's all more than needed at home but the sale price and function vs a lesser one didn't equal at all. We traded in an old one and got an even better discount as well. Good quality in what little I have used it for so far.
