Great Printer but a little more complicated than my last hp all in one. The print settings are complicated and it sometimes prints off the paper which costs me in ink & paper. Also, the color print and detail isn't as high quality as others. Could it be because I'm on the HP Ink Program? I do like the ability to scan and organize and rotate my docs.

Nice step up from my last printer also an HP. I really like the duplex mode to save on the paper. Set-up somewhat challenging, had to replace one of the set-up ink cartridges that faulted. Best Buy saved the day and gave me one out of a new printer box. Won't set-up properly without the set-up cartridge.

Needed a new all in one printer and after a bunch of searching came upon this one which included a $50 gift card so less money at Best Buy than anyplace else and decided to purchase. So far happy. A real bear to start up as had old firmware but, chat and letting the HP Tech modify my computer finally fixed the issues and am now a happy camper.

The lady at best buy that was the Rep for HP, explained and showed my wife and I all of the features that this printer offered. This product is as good if not better than what was shown to us. I would recommend the HP monthly ink plan to anybody that purchase it. Great printer and worth the extra money.

This is an exceptional printer for the money. I was concerned that some reviews complained of the noise. I agree that out-of-the-box the printer is noisy, but there is a HP setting available through the instructions that greatly reduce the noise at a small sacrifice of print speed.

Was looking for a new printer with a fax and one i could hook several devices to. It so happen they had a special going on. The sales person was very helpful and informative. Got just what i wanted. Also when i got home i called HP and they helped me set everything up. It works great. Love that i can use the legal paper in the tray. Thanks

Like the ability to print 2 sided and reduce legal to letter size. Occasionally get a page that is printed blurry. In addition, you have to change paper if you want to use legal paper which is the largest size paper that can be used or copied. No ability to enlarge image, only shrink when copying.
