Great speed ---- it does everything I need it to do!

First of all, I am a long time HP fan and buyer, having purchased many HP products for many years for personal and business use. I am disappointed with this printer. There is a connection problem with this printer (google it) Hopefully, this problem will be addressed and corrected soon, and this problem will not exist forever. The printer does a great job for an inkjet printer of PRINTING, but the ERRATIC CONNECTION PROBLEM is time-consuming and basically a nuisance. The workaround of emailing projects to the printer works every time (so the printer has no problem connecting). To coerce the printer to print, the printer power must be turned off and on, this works 75% of the time.

Setup simple and print and scan quality good. Good buy.

Has all the basic features (print, scan, copy, fax) as well as 2-sided printing and a nice sized paper tray. Best feature is the wireless printing feature and the ability to print from other devices to the printer no matter where I am in the house. Very good print quality as well.

I need an all-in-one printer and scanner fax machine for important and busy office. This purchase was by far the best one I've made and everybody is remarkably how great this machine is working for us

This is my third HP OfficeJet Pro and the best one yet. I use my OfficeJet Pros everyday and rarely have any issues. So easy to scan, copy and print. I hope this lasts as long as my last one did which I wore out. Keep making great products!

The output tray has a new design which comes out on the top rather than at desk level; this improved design no longer interferes with what is going on at table top level; stacks of paper, books etc... very nice. I love the white decor; so tired of all electronics being black!

Used in a home office - so far the ink seems to be holding up which was my major concern. Print is very crisp, very quick to print both single and duplex pages. Not as quiet as I had hoped but not all that noisy either - much quieter than the printer it replaced :).

This printer is top-notch. We owned this same printer in white for a few years and when we had to replace it we didn't even bother to look for a different one. Really like the black option. This printer is user friendly and was easy to set up.

We researched which printer to purchase and decided on this one. We have had it for about 2 months and are very happy with it. We also signed up for the HP Ink program. We are pleased with our decision to make this purchase and to sign up for the ink program.

Had the printer for only a few weeks but so far it does very well the job. The only concerns are: 1. will it last (the previous HP Office JetPro 67000 died after only 3 years) 2. I could not find an easy way to copy a document while changing the size of copy (copy smaller than the original)

Once the printer finally is set up, the quality is outstanding. Setup is ridiculous. Do not choose the automatic monthly pay for tonor replacement, it's ridiculously hard to manage through the set after you decide not to accept the replacement.

This is a super fast printer with a lot of features, it still needs some work with apps and setting that keep resetting after you update. I'm not sure I would recommend this to a friend.

After years of Canon inkjet printers, it was time to get something with larger ink tanks that wouldn't run out so quickly. This one fit the bill - slightly more expensive to buy, but I expect the larger capacity of the ink refills to more than make up the difference.

As stated in the summary. Nice to be able to print on letter and legal paper. Some difficulty in setting up and connecting to my computer, but the HP Doctor was able to correct this. Have not tried printing pictures yet, so can't comment on that. Also have not used scan or fax yet.

It appears to work well, no problems setting up. But it is entirely too noisy! It's not as fast as mentioned in ads. It is lighter than my HP 8620 and HP 8600. I have yet to do any major projects, I'll wait and see.

I bought this item. I tried installing and using it. When trying to use it for the first time it gave the following error: "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge." I went through the demo video and all and even when the cartridge is correctly installed, it still gave the error. Customer do not expect such problems with the new devices. Also this is wireless printer and comes without cable to connect to computer. If you need cable by any chance, you will have to buy separately.
