We are very pleased with our HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 machine. The only complaint is we would have preferred to have received a Users Manual with it, rather than have to look up things on the online version.

I was online and went into the store to pick up the printer I looked at online. This was next to it on display and for the value I upgraded. Love it glad I upgraded. But then again you cannot go wrong with an HP printer.

As with all of the HP printers I have had over the years, this one meets all of my expectations. HP Instant Ink is the way to go for lower cost printing with no worries of running out of ink at an inconvenient time.

BB is the only place we like to buy our TECH. They have a large selection, great prices, and they are always knowledgeable.

I purchased this printer in order to have privacy from other office members. It was supposed to be used exclusively for sensitive materials, but has turned into my primary printing source. It does all the things necessary to get the job done.

My HP printer of 6 years vintage bit the dust recently. I replaced it with the latest version of my old printer. It does everything I need it to do and creates quality copies and print-outs.

I've purchased many printers for my business over the years. Some good, most not so good. I am happy to say that this is the best one so far. The features are great and I especially like the double sided printing feature.

I have always bought HP products,from printers,monitors,etc they have great products,my last printer was a little smaller so I wanted to upgrade to a larger printer! This model also has a larger screen for copying!

WiFi printing is super convenient. Not the fastest machine but overall reliable. When paired with instant ink is incredibly worth while. average printing per month is 200 pages and handles load well with above average color quality

I've had a previous model for 4 years prior to this. It had a few issues losing connection ayv and times via bluetooth and a couple other negligible quibbles but I guess lasted long enough. The jury is still out on this ...

This printer with the 952XL cartridges the ink lasts a long time. The black ink also is available in a 952XL and also longer life in a 956XL black ink cartridge. Because I do a lot of printing, I love the long life ink cartridges.

Picked this one up about a month ago to print/copy/scan stuff for school and work. So far it has worked great, other than a little bit of headache getting the proper drivers setup without a disk drive on my pc.

This is an impressive piece of equipment. It is a more solid build than the previous generation. It is very fast. The duplex printing feature works flawlessly, and I like that I can print envelopes.

I am disappointed with printer Manufacturers, the printers are programmed to stop working at a certain point (as I was told). When buying anymore printers, I will get the extended warranty.

I purchased this for my home office and small business. It's great. I've had it jam twice but both were easily fixed by following the easy to understand prompts from the Lcd screen. I'd recommend this to anyone.

The machine was not difficult to set up but downloading drivers has been extremely difficult. I have spent an hour on the phone with HP and we still haven't solved the problem.

Purchased this to print photos and work at home. Does a good job and is able to print double sided and the WiFi capability lets everyone in the family print. Easy to set up.

We have 5 of these printers for our stores and they work great. A nice upgrade from the 8600 models that we were using. We print about 1500 pages per month on average per location.

It prints crystal clear photo’s of my dogs BM’s in the front yard. Also shows extreme realism of selfies of my taint, you can see every hair. It’s so real you can almost smell it

This new and less expensive Printer is the Perfect Home Office Computer. Fits on the desk top under the Hutch. Scanner is fast and works wonderfully. This copier can scan Legal as well.
