Had minor problem when setting up the printer and testing FAX. Diagnostics indicated noise on the line. Worked with HP Support who led me down some erroneous path. Eventually trusted that the printer could fax properly (which it can).

We bought this printer for our daughter for law school. It is perfect for her needs. It was compact enough for her apartment yet big enough to fulfill her needs. It has really made her life a lot easier.

Normally I read reviews online but I was in the store and it was on sale and the sales associate gave me more details on it and his recommendation. Works great and is economical on the cost per page.

Love the printer and all it can do. Amazed at how little ink it takes. We had issues with our financial software and copied way more pages than normal and the ink kept on going and going!!!! Yeah!

This printer is crisp and the colors match well. Double sided printing works better than other models I have used. Auto load for scanner is a big plus

I have had this printer for awhile now. I’m very satisfied with it. HP has a great plan that replenishes the ink when needed and the price of the plan is very affordable.

Te 8720 printer Solved a problem with hp 8620 that would not reverse print order from last page first to first page first. 8720 allows user to set page print order whereas 8620 would not. This is essential when printing checks.

Paper jams constantly. It makes a squealing type noise occasionally. To big. I am going to be calling HP

My wife prints a lot of different projects. It is the best printer ive seen that can print, copy and do really nice photos. signed up for the hp ink replacement program and i save a lot.

I was looking for a cost effective replacement for my old one and found this one to be superb. If you join HP's Ink Program its very economical for ink supplies.

This was the replacement for our HP printer 8720 (white) which was not printing properly. We replaced it with HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer (black).

I have been very happy with the scanner/printer. The only problem is the cost for replacement ink, though this seems to be a problem with most products.

Great combo unit for office or home. It is efficient and printing is a breeze. Add the HP ink program and you are all set to go!

Bought this upgrade from the HP8500 when I needed print heads because my wife does a lot of color photography print out. When photos come out, they scrape upon the plasctic landing/receiving area causing lines and.or smears in your color photo because of the photo ink use. Does text, scanning, and faxing fine . . . . disapointed.

It is very nice printer and it prints 2 sides , it is excellent for all my needs. I got it with very good prices also and it comes with instant ink. Save me money a lot . Thanks

I love this printer so much that I brought 6 of them two of them are in black. What a great deal for an all-in-one printer. It does everything and comes with FILLED ink cartridges.

The best part about this machine is the touch screen interface. I can fax, copy, or scan by tapping through the menu. The navigation is also responsive and fast.

Have been using this printer for about 2 months. Not a single problems. All the features work as described. Double sided printing works without any issues and I can print pictures as well. It meets my needs.

I got this for my grandmother for christmas. I didn't know she'd like it so much. She uses it all the time and always talking bout how great it is. HP doesn't dissapoint.

This printer is excellent. I never have any problems. The apps feature is really useful when I need to print something from my Google Drive without having to log onto my computer.
