Great value for the features it offers. Easy to install.

This is a great printer for someone with a home office or even a small business. Since it's an "All-In-One", it can pretty much do anything you need it to. Setup took a while seeing that there are many settings and options to go through. Once through all that it seems like a printer that should get the job done for a long time.

This printer is fast and produces high quality copies. The scanning capabilities are also wonderful. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the drivers were poor. Geek squad had to get new drivers so I could scan and save to PDF format

We have been very satisfied with our office Jet Pro 8720. It was easy to set up & has proven to be all that the reviews indicated. We have not had an occasion to print photos yet , but the rest of our printing has been very fast & very good quality.

It was easy to set up. It prints documents fast and neat. It offers printing from email, which is a very important feature. Highly recommend this printer for anyone that does a lot of printing.

needed a printer but the scanning and copying have been a lifesaver. this connects easily to my network and the printing quality and speed are very good. The sheet feed for scanning is a real bonus.

Great printer but very large and awkward in its shape and functionality

Awesome printer for the money and the free ink that we got for over six months. Its fast and prints on both side if want it to. Very readable print and the colors are great-print from any where in your home. Love it!

So far I am very happy with the ease of setup and it seems to be working fine. Speed is very good too. I do like to print envelopes and I haven't done it with this printer yet, so we shall see. Overall, I am very happy so far with this printer.

I was looking for a color laser until I realized this was more cost efficient. Very happy with the easy setup and the quality printer. And the auto reorder and delivery of ink just takes one more "to do" off the list.

I bought this printer for home use. I am a teacher and in graduate school, both of which require printing at home. My husband is in management and prints at home also. We found this printer to be easy to set up, and hook up for wireless printing. My entire family can print directly from laptops, iPads, iPods, and phones. I appreciate the ease of use.

I purchased a 8720 HP Office Jet Pro to replace an HP Envoy 6255. The Envoy died after three months. I was very disappointed with the 6255. Cartridge #64 Tri Color was not properly filled with ink Printer took 15 + minutes to print out 5 page documents. Returned the 6255 to Best Buy. I was going to buy another printer. . With help from a Best Buy Tech, purchased 8720. What a difference a number makes. Buy cheap have a cheap HP printer. Buy expensive and have a stellar printer. The 8720 renewed my faith in HP. My dad said you get what you pay for. 8720 faster, individual ink cartridges, tray large enough for an entire ream of paper, color photographs excellent. jd

I like having 4 individual ink cartridges. This printer holds a substantial amount of paper so I don’t have to reload so often. The printer quality is good, clear. Very easy to use.

So far loving this printer. Its for home use only. Quiet, does double sided printing and scanning. I like not having to open a try to catch the papers when they print. The whole machine seems to be very solid.

The HP8720 does everything I need for my small business. It replaced a color laser that had become too costly to maintain. It is my first wireless printer, enabling me to print from phone & tablet.

This printer has EXCELLENT print quality, better than previous models of HP printers that we have owned. It's easy to set up and easy to use! Works great to print orders here in our flower shop.
