I purchased the HP 8620 a year ago as a present and was so impressed, I picked up this one (8620 was no longer available) and it is very fast and creates great looking prints! It also seems to use the ink very efficiently. In fact, the 4 setup ink cartridges that came with the 8620 printer lasted almost 6 months!) Changing the ink cartridges seems much easier than with earlier HP inkjet models. Software included also makes scanning and managing the printer very easy as well. And, with the printer is on sale, this definitely becomes an excellent value!

I love my new HP Office Jet Pro 8720 printer. It is so easy to use, and the printing is so clear. I print a lot of things. Am still learning about my printer and can do so much with it.

This printer can print both single and double sided copies as well as legal copies…and boy is it fast! It can fax and scan as well and shy of being able to staple, its like an office printer at home!

This is a good all in one printer for this price range

I had an HP for years. Finally stopped printing so I replaced w a Cannon. Had it 3 months and starting getting error messages when I tried the manual didn't fix so I got another HP. Only reason I gave it a 4 is each time you print it automatically does it double sided but it easy to change just have to remember to do it each time.

It was worth the investment. Set up was pretty simple.

Great printer, especially for 2 sided printing. I loved my previous HP printer but purchased this of the faster speed and the single pass double sided printing. However, it is noisy; much louder than previous printer

It was time to replace my older HP printer. Since it had lasted me for 10 or more years, I thought I would stay with HP produces. I purchased a new HP Office Jet Pro 8720 and love it.

This printer is fast and reliable. It's nice to be able to print from my phone. With the monthly ink subscription I don't have to worry about ever running out of ink.

This printer has been great for me so far. It replaced a 6 year old HP All-in-One that finally met the end. This printer is very fast and had performed flawlessly so far.

I have owned several HP printers, but I believe that the Officejet Pro 8720 is the best one yet. Setup was incredibly quick and easy, and the print quality is exceptional.

We always buy Hewlett Packard products because we find them to be very durable and reliable. This printer is no exception. This model (OfficeJet Pro 8720) is even better than our last which lasted us four years with virtually no problems during that entire time. We have a home office and this printer/fax/scanner/copier meets all our needs. It is very user-friendly and spits out copies in no time at all. We like the built-in tray feature which our last printer didn't have. We had to manually pull out the tray when making copies so that the tray would catch the paper. We are very happy with this model and would recommend it more for high volume use.
