This is the best printer I've ever purchased. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing this printer or any of the HP OfficeJet Pro printers to get into the HP instant ink program. It is convenient and saves you a tone of money. The printer has a wide range of functions. I particularly like the fact that i can scan to a thumb drive and print from all of my wireless devices and even send documents from my wireless devices to my printer while away from home....

This printer shows that HP is improving their product line. I would have rated a 5 but there is a minor issue with the screen going fuzzy occasionally. Have to restart the unit to correct. This is probably a software glitch and will be corrected in later release.

This printer is easy to install,fast and has the latest technology. Wish it had second drawer.

I purchased this printer for my boss. It prints color and black & white pages really fast. Setup is extremely easy. Very happy with this purchase.

includes a lot of features and support. i got it for about $100. it doesn't seem to treat double-sided printing right though. it also does not like when you remove any print jobs before they are finished as it seems to decide to restart a project if you do this

I had NO Connectivity issues! Worked like a charm. I read comments about timing out, and I have Not had that issue. Setup was done from the faceplate with no issues. I've signed up for the automatic Ink Refill. So Far So Good!!

This OfficeJet Pro 8720 Wireless All-In-One Printer has turned out to be a great addition to our home. Used to have a printer attached to a desktop with wireless printing....that didn't always work. This printer not only works wirelessly but has its own IP address so my daughter or son can print from away and pick up the copies when they are coming home. Print quality is great. I also signed up for the ink program so I don't have to go out looking for ink in the stores. The ink comes automatically.

Just purchased a week ago and was easy to install. Print is of good quality and hopefully continue. Screen view is big enough and easy to maneuver.

At Best Buy, I had planned on purchasing a Canon copier, but after listening to the salesman sharing the great offer and benefits of the HP Officejet Pro 8720, it was the best choice for my office. They offer a great choice of monthly ink supply depending on how many copies you print, anyone who is looking for a great copy machine, go to Best Buy and inquire about this unit. I am very pleased with the unit and have not had any issues.

After 15+ years of service, I experienced an operational problem with my HP Officejet 7410 All-in-One that I was unable to resolve. In addition, after upgrading to Windows 10, I was not able to use the scan function. Having had nothing but long term success with HP printers, I did a review of the new HP color officejets and laser printers and decided to purchase the HP Officejet Pro 8720. It's an excellent, quality printer and a great value. Excellent performance, easy/fast installation, and now I have ePrint capability from my cell phone.

This is an excellent all-in-one unit, especially for the price. Printing is fast and high quality. It also does a good job with scanning.

This printer (scanner, fax, etc.) has been an incredible tool for home use and "work at home" use. Easy to set up, easy to use, and no issues!

Purchased this to replace an HP 8620 when the print head failed. When I called HP about replacing the print head, they said that for the cost of a new print head I would be better off buying a new printer. So far, so good! If you buy an HP inkjet printer, definitely look into the HP Instant Ink program - I had it with the 8620 and now with this printer - no more running out for ink! Ink always arrives before you run out!

For multi functions, it's easy to set up and print from any device wirelessly and I like being able to print double sided.

This printer is very easy to use and setup. The print quality is very good as well. The prints are sharp and the color saturation is great. Glad I made the purchase!

I am an HP printer fan and now, especially a fan of this 8720 all in one wireless printer. This printer prints great documents and brochures. And what I love is that it prints photos that are vivid and clear and this is on bright 81/2 x 11 paper. Perfect for keeping a record of flower arrangements. Then when I print on the HP glossy photo paper, those prints turn out like commercial ones. This printer satisfies all my printing needs in one spectacular device. thank you HP

Our old HP finally died. We ordered a different brand to replace it, but had to return it...we hated it. So we went with this HP printer, and what a difference. It prints envelopes beautifully (that was a must for us), and actually does everything well. Plus it’s very quiet, even has a quiet mode to make it even quieter. It is a big printer, but we are very happy with it after about a month or so of daily use, Hope it lasts for a long time. Glad we bought this model.
