We have 5 computers and 2 smart phones at this location. This printer makes all the functions of printing, scanning, copying and faxing straight forward and easy. One negative, I could not get WIFI Direct to work as advertised even after working on it for a couple of hours. If WIFI Direct is important to you, I recommend doing your homework first before buying this printer. The connection of the printer to my router via Ethernet took less than 5 minutes though.

The installation was simple. Quality of prints and pictures is excellent. I am very happy with the choice.

This is a great printer. It is easy to use and prints papers quickly. I would recommend to anyone with a home office for business.

Printer was easy to set up and so far, has been printing great! Makes great color and black and white copies.

I am extremely impressed with my HP Officejet Pro 8720 All-in-One printer! The speed of the copier is amazingly fast and the quality of print is awesome! I make lots of copies for a few different volunteer organizations & my old copier was good but I needed to upgrade to heavier copier. The HP 8720 has exceeded all my expectations...I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a high capacity & fast copier!!!

It makes too much noise when printing. Too much PLASTIC!! Good quality prints. Easy loading of cartridges, which are WAY too expensive!

I purchased this to replace my HP 8630 which finally died. I am very pleased with this printer, it's very quiet, prints quickly and the quality is great. My only issue is it doesn't have a second drawer for envelopes. I print a lot of envelopes and you have to remove the paper, put in the envelopes, and replace the paper. This is just like most printers, I was just spoiled by my 8630. I highly recommend this printer.

I am more than satisfied with this printer. Yes, as BB reviews state, this printer is fast and functional with minimal setup issues. The printer functions well and is a seamless integration with the other HP products we own. True, I could've spent hundreds of dollars less for a printer, I was more interested in performance and great ratings of which this HP printer has both. My next purchase will be an HP laser printer.

I needed a printer that can handle frequent multiple page projects, both printing and scanning. This printer has the ability to do both. For example, yesterday I ran a document through of more than 20 pages and scanned to my desktop and the 8720 handled the project with no problem. This printer was built to handle small business projects. For a home office or a family with multiple users, this printer is likely able to handle anything you will throw at it.

This printer does everything. Although it looked large, it fit perfectly in the space where I ad an older HP 8600. It is faster and quieter than my old printer and photographs are as good or better than those printed on my Canon 6320. The page forward design keeps printing done remotely from ending up all over the floor. I love the ID copy and private print features.

Its easy to use. It prints well. Even when I’m using my phone, the pics are printed well

Printer is great, easy set up, everything just works. Software is easy to install. Footprint is big, but it's a reliable printer.

It is a bit larger than I anticipated. However it works great. Clean crisp documents when printing and scanning. Quick also.

Could not be happier with this printer. It was a little difficult to set up, virtually no instructions, but now that we are up and running it is great. Really good print e speed and quality. And the Best Buy price matched Amaxon, plus we got an even better price by trading in an older printer. And the Best Buy salesperson was very helpful. Definitely recommend the printer and buying from Best Buy!

I work from home and had to replace an old Epson, I needed a higher quality printer for color hand outs. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 was perfect and as an added bonus it does two sided printing. This is really saving me paper. Having my own business, I watch everything I spend. The additional ink saving program that is offered by HP was just icing on the cake. I would recommend this printer for any home based business.
