this thing is sort of HUGE? ended up returning it because it just took up way too much space in our office but the functionaliuty was great. Please beware of the dimensions though nbefore purchasing.

The printer works well. The setup was not easy for me and HP assisted. I experienced some problems and was upset by that. I am currently using it and it works well. I have to contact HP again to be sure that the fax is working as expected .

I bought this to replace an earlier HP printer. Works great although it does have a wireless glitch that makes me reboot it between printing jobs if the pause is more than half an hour

I felt the setup was difficult than i expected, especially the wifi connectivity with the router.. But once i got it working, everything else works like charm... Also the box that i received the things was all beat up. But until it does its function i am fine.

This printer seems to work just fine once it's fixed. But 20 days after purchase, the power supply broke and it would not stay on. HP exchanged it through their warranty, and so far, no problems. The problem here is with Best Buy's ridiculous exchange/return policy. 15 days? They force customers to buy their "extended warranty" because their regular store return policy is so terrible. When I buy an item from a store, I want the ability to return/exchange it if it breaks within 30 days. Many stores have much longer return periods. I don't want to have to deal with the manufacturer on the 16th day. I don't buy high margin add-ons (like store extended warranties), so I probably won't be making a big purchase at Best Buy again.

I used a HP 8620 printer at home. It's discontinued now, so I have to buy this newer model. It's BETTER than the HP 8620. I only wish this printer used the same type of cartridges as the 8620. Well, I guess I wished too much.

I like how it looks. You can’t see the paper tray. When the documents are printer they do not fall on the floor. The tray is big enough to hold lots of papers. The other printers received tray was small . Papers would fall in the floor out of order.

This printer is great with the fact that it has an ink program where it notifies HP and the automatically mail you ink when your ink gets to 205. IT MAKES THE COST OF THE INK WAY ,MORE AFFORDABLE AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOP FOR BIT.

The print quality is great and being able to scan to my computer quickly makes things very efficient. The print speed is slow though and it takes a long time for the last page of every document to print.

we like the fact that we get ink by mail from hp it also produces great photos I wish there was a paper instruction booklet as I have trouble trying to find it electronically that's because of me not the printer

It’s good. I like the look. The interface is good in the touch screen. I had an older officejet printer that I wanted to replace. So I again went with the officejet. Hooks right up pretty easily with my HP laptop.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because shortly after I got it - it would keep going off-line. I had to google and seen that a lot of others had same issue - I did a couple of the fixes and have not had any issues at all.

HP's OfficeJet Pro 8720 has all the features users want...print, scan, fax, and copy. While the 8720 isn't quite as 'user friendly' as its predecessor the 8620, it'll get the job done. Being wireless, I can use it from my other devices anywhere in the house!

So far this is a really nice printer and works very well. The printer itself is quiet but when you scan or copy through the ADF there is a squeak like the rollers need oiled. Not bad but not good for a brand new unit. Hope it holds up though.

Easy setup. It's tall but like how the printed paper feeds out on top rather than coming out the front like our last printer. That one had to pull out an extension for the papers not to fly all over and then had to close it to add to the paper tray.

I’m happy with it as this is an upgrade from the previous model. My only complaint is HP keeps changing the ink cartridges so you can’t use the ink from the previous model. HP is out to make as much money as possible off the ink purchases.

Started out looking for a Samsung printer as that was specified. Great news of the merger with HP! Printers are now more affordable, have a common platform and offer the option of a few different wireless apps.

Best Buy offers a great ink program with select printers! The printer we chose is the best we've ever owned plus the ink program is a win/win!!! Will never purchase anywhere else but Best Buy!

Have had it for over 30 days now. Been flawless for E-printing and wireless connectivity to the router. Computers are on Windows 10. The document feeder jammed one page when scanning. This has been the only incident.

I have had an Epson Printer. When a printing paper jammed it was very difficult to get to it. On this new HP Printer, getting to a jammed paper will be a much easier task.
