Printer works great. Only issue I had was when I accidentally deleted the printer and it deleted the drivers. I tried to google how to reinstall it them. Not sure how I succeeded in downloading the drivers because the instructions on the HP site kept sending me in a loop.

The HP printer does what I want it to do. The help at the store was excellent. I had purchase another HP printer that did not have the scanning functions I need. It was past the 30 day exchange time by one day. The manager approved the exchange and continued to help me. Happy customer.

I was skeptical a little bit because it’s refurbished but it does exactly what a printer does.

Works great, makes copies quick and does not take up a lot of space. It also came with up to 700 free copies with the ink subscription.

Bought this replace an aging 3-in-1 for my son. Printer cam well packaged and worked out of the box. Quality is typical HP with expensive inks which are required to be HP in the firmware.
