    I bought this as a replacement printer. This printer makes so much noise. I guess they don’t make them like they used to. Very cheaply made. I returned it. I went back to using my old printer.

    Great printing - when it works. This keeps dropping the wireless connection and it's little more than an expensive paperweight. I'm currently looking for a better printer and I've only had this one for a year!

    This printer is a good option for a reasonable price. It’s a little finicky and can be slow when scanning a high volume of documents, but we have been very pleased with our purchase.

    It's not as good as my old printer (same brand), but it works. HP is not very helpful if you have problems with setup. would suggest Geek Squad to install if you think you might possibly have problems.

    This printer does it all. Dual side printingwas a great surprise. Super fast printing and a much easier panel for readout. This printer even offers remote printing!

    Printer is fine, but setup for Apple is horrific. They advertise that it can be used with Mac/iPad/iPhone, but don't bother to document anywhere that you can't complete setup without using a Mac laptop. You have to install software/firmware that can only be done from a laptop, and it took multiple calls to HP support to get a straight answer about this.

    The printer has great color printing. It can scan and copy materials too. It will jam up when printing on cardstock paper.
