This printer is really fast and was a great replacement for my aging color laser printer. I was able to buy this printer for the cost of the toner cartridges for my color laser. The speed is 10x faster and instead of gulping down toner it is daintily sipping ink from its cartridges. Comes with full set of cartridges not starter set too. No brainer. Fast, cost effective and full of features.

Was an excellent price. The features are excellent. Noisy when it prints.

This printer replaced a Brother printer for my business. This printer is so much faster and I was a little reluctant to use an inkjet instead of a laser printer but it is so much better. It does everything I need and the touch screen is great.

Purchased this printer for office use in our non-profit organization about 6 months ago. It has been bullet proof even with heavy usage. It is plenty fast enough with excellent quality of the outputted pages. We do not use the fax function but everything else performs as advertised. Set up was very straight forward. Excellent machine.

I bought this printer as a replacement for the exact same printer because I had just spent $$$$$ on new ink cartridges, however this time I bought an extended warranty for the printer. The original printer died after 16 months of use as a home office printer - just out of warranty. When the original printer broke I took it to an authorized HP repair shop and was informed that HP does not stock replacement parts for their inkjets (yes - even their heavy duty commercial ones) instead they expect these units to have a product life of 5 years and then when they die they are to be replaced. As not having near 5 years I assumed I would talk to a customer service representative about this problem. After many calls and disconnects, I was finally connected to their call center in Costa Rica and was informed that there was no way to get in touch with Customer Service. In fact, if Technical Support deemed the problem worthy they would write up a report and forward it to Customer Support and if Customer Support felt it worthy they would in turn get in touch with me. I am still waiting. Currently I own a HP Laptop - never again. My company owns 3 additional HP Printers (obviously will be changing with other than HP as they die). This new printer once the ink cartridges run out this printer becomes a boat anchor. If I can not talk to a Customer Service Rep. I refuse to have anything to do with the company and I strongly recommend you do the same because when you have a problem it would be really nice to talk to someone who seems to care about you and their product. As such, do I recommend this product: "NO" both from the standpoint of the product itself and more importantly from the support offered by the company (HP) for the product. Furthermore given the inability to reach a Customer Service Rep. in this day and age shows a total disrespect for their clients and brings into question as to why anyone would want to buy their products and/or their services.

Good printer for small business use. Only reason I gave it 4 star is due to lack of 11X17

You can print from any printer in the area of your router using Wi-Fi. Excellent print speed. Very good text and picture. Can also print from your smartphone.

Very fast and easy to use multi-functional printer. It is a bit heavy and bulky, but the print and scan jobs it can handle in an office of 10 is pretty good.

Good quality, fast, full of features. I have not had any issues and printed over 4k pages. I have used paper from 20lb to 110lb stock and envelopes without any jams.

Its a great and reliable product and the ink is not expensive

We brought back our previous printer which was still under warranty and considered buying a laser jet printer. A staff member recommended this model and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation! It is very fast and efficient. We are still on the first ink cartridges four months after purchase!

This printer is very good, as a small business owner it is an excellent value for the money. The print cartridges are pricey but they rated for 3000-7000 pages before they need to be swapped.

This printer would work great for a small office. However we are using for our house. It always stays connected with all our Apple devices.

great all in one - highly recommend and ink is affordable compared to other models.
