Touch Pad Unresponsive

The Laptop had problems where the laptop would run into diagnostic problems. But the biggest reason for the one star review was because the touch pad has become unresponsive. I have tried using it, but it barely even senses my finger, even at the highest sensitivity. I'm not sure if I can even get my money back, but now schools starting and now my computer is acting up. Not worth the buy.

DOA stay away!

Laptop Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop and right after the return period ended the mousepad started acting up and the BIOS. HP replaced the mainboard and redid the BIOS, but the touchpad doesn't work! The mousepad works very sporadically, I have been through two HP managers and I'm currently on my 6th case with them. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
