I purchased this computer about a month ago and it had trouble booting up right out of the box. After about 30 minutes of recycling power I had given up and was conviced I should return it. I stepped away did not get to use it the first day. On day two before I began packing it up I gave it one last shot and to my suprise it booted up. I honestly thought I was the issue so I decided to keep it. I wish I would’ve returned it then because every time I step away from my computer for longer than an hour, it goes to sleep and never wakes up which forces me to restart. This means any application you had open any unsaved work, for the most part, is gone. I did some research online and found out that others are experiencing the same issues. Thankfully I am a Best Buy rewards member so there is still time to return this PC which I plan on doing. However, the PC when it works is awesome. It’s remarkably fast and powerful.

Very nice , wish I built it myself since the wiring and positional placement of the parks is alittle weird. Layout is hard to find and get to extra ssd ports and other connection ports on the motherboard

It has been playing all my games in 1440p, max settings with high frame rates! The case is really nicely designed & seems like it will be upgradable long into the future. The rgb is fun & thought the omen software to work with it all was nice. Thanks Omen!

Its fast, looks good and works well. I don't have any complaints. Esthetically, I like pretty diamond shaped changing colors on the front.

This is my 4th HP Omen gaming pc. Performance is fast and reliable very quiet. Recommended for those who are looking for pre-built pc desktop.

Very easy to use. Doesn’t over heat. I’ve had zero issue with performance or graphics card. Very simple to use and set up. Highly recommend

This pre-built is a steal. i cant believe they are actually selling this for this much. i have had it for months and works amazing startup time is like 1 sec. this is an amazing mid to high end pc i can run everything on super cosmic ultra settings.

Absolutely love this PC. Performance is smooth, setup was fast, and the design is clean and modern with great airflow. It handles everything from multitasking to high-performance gaming without a hitch. The RGB lighting is a nice touch too—subtle but sharp. Quiet operation and zero lag under load. This machine exceeded expectations and feels built to last.

Good PC but when it goes into rest mode, it takes awhile to wake up

Not typically a fan of pre-built systems but the price was right. Was easy to upgrade as no proprietary parts were in this build. Hp Bios still leaves a lot to be desired but was able to change what I wanted with ease. Needs to calm down on the Bloatware.

Awesome for gamers! My son loves it. Get everything you need and more at this price.

Cannot complain, everything is extremely smooth. And it’s weirdly quiet, like REALLY quiet, I had alienwares and Zephyrus so this was really different. GPU… absolute gold.

Upgraded from a hp pavilion to this im really liking my investment so far. Really like hp gaming pc never had any issues with there products!

Great PC, just catch it on a sale. Great performance and design

I’ve been using HP for years, not anymore. This pc was a total mess! I bought two different ones. The first one had to go back to HP service within one week when I started having blue screen almost every day. After several hours of wasting my time with troubleshooting and reinstalling windows, it don’t work. 3 weeks later (terrible service) I got it back from HP service. They said that the CPU was replaced cause it was damaged. One day after it came back, I started having slowness and lagging issues again but worst, this time, the video signal was completely off every restart. I took it back to Best Buy and they replace this one with a brand new one, same model, and guess what: same issues. I thought the first one was just bad luck but no. On this second unit, the file explorer was extremely slow to open (up to 2min to load). I upgraded the memory RAM up to 32GB from the original 16GB and it didn’t make any difference in the apps or games. The USB’s 5’s and 10’s Gbps were having issues; both of my top of the line external drives were super slow to load and work. I lost video several times using the DP input. The pc went to blank I called HP again and the only option was to send it back to them again for another 3 weeks of waiting for my almost $2000 computer so this time, I said no. I took back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad team re-installed Windows and tested everything, two days later, same problems. Today, I ended up returning the PC and I got a nice Alienware instead. Don’t waste time and money with this. The only good part was the great attitude and tone of two of the tech support agents while assiting, besides that, it’s not worth to spend you money in this pc!

I was ready for an upgrade from my modded 2017 Omen desktop and this one was a good price and gave great performance . Very solid for a prebuilt PC .
