Our first one crashed within 2 days, we returned it for an exchange of exact omen…it crashed first day, returning it as well. Computers are too expensive to break then use geek squad to fix them, they are never really fixed and end up always needing fixing so returning this one as well. It seems to be ssd card as it doesn’t show as running or found in diagnostic scan. Not replacing it, it should work when you buy it. We usually love HP and have used them for years but will be returning this model for second time

Overall great computer. Having issues running the quest 3 with the pc link cable. What motherboard does this Omen 45L have?

Product never arrived, customer service didn’t help at all to many false hopes were given by reps. Been a loyal customer for years and this is the first and last time Best Buy lets me down. Never shopping here again.

I’ve had this pc for a little over a month now and it runs wonderfully and allows me to run games with some of the higher end graphical settings. Would definitely recommend it!
