Great pc have not had any issued or need to upgrade after a year of owning

Nice pc my son loves it. Fast and good for gaming.

Strong PC, bad cooling. If at all possible wait for the PC to be on sale and get a good case and different motherboard.

Quite pleased. Was hesitant from the reviews, but took the leap because it has a 3070Ti (mislabeled in listing), and also after doing research heard good things in terms of prebuilts. Runs high-end games well, and no issues with temps so far. Fingers crossed.

1st one bricked out of box returned for new one up and runing only one problem after registering for warranty found out it had none says it expired feb this year bought may of this year so apparently its not new as advertised but used will never by a computer from best buy again

This is my 2nd one i really enjoyed the frist one and needed more for the family so i tried a asus did not like the build case and it felt cheap returned that and got this much better i am not a heavy gamer just sometimes but i love this very fast and great case etc .

Ive only has this desktop for a week so I’ll change my review if something changes. But thus far no issues. Temps get close to 80 but quickly drop, capping out your fps in games really helps. Anything beyond 144 fps isn’t necessary. And allowing it to run higher does nothing but cause any pc to run hotter than it should. Even at max speed the fans are fairly silent, I’m assuming most noise complaints for this are about air cooled cpu models. IF I do get overheating issues, which I shouldn’t since I’ve already run it through the ringer… I’ll case swap. It’s well worth the price, I got it on sale for roughly $1,500x

I highly recommend this pc. This is a great deal for a prebuilt and I have had no problems since my purchase 2 weeks ago!

Very good for gaming very good for everything i do

Bought this computer back in January of 2022 and at first Everything seemed normal, but later on the computer started to have random stutters and blue screens/crashes. We took it back and the issue seem to have been somewhat fix so we decided to just deal with it but after a few months we couldn't take it anymore so we took it back in May and it took them about a week to realized what the problem was and they sent it to the Geek Squad Repair Center. The problem was that it took 17 days to reach the repair center, 4 days to figure out the problem and order the parts, 1 week for it to be assign to agent, and during the next 2 weeks after this had been assigned we found out that they had order the wrong parts for the computer and never told us and at this time It had already been a month and a half since we last saw it. We later got the whole repair cancelled and had it exchanged out but this was very disappointing to see the amount of disorganization Geek Squad has and has been a horrible experience

This is a great PC. Has everything I need and is an awesome value.

Love this PC . Run fast. The only down side is when it runs a heavy program, the fan is super loud

runs extremely well to the point that it boots completely before it can connect to my internet.
