The screen is not as bright as I would like. It's very lightweight and has worked without any issues after a month and a half of use. It works quickly and has everything I need included with it.

Bought this one for my high school boy. Fast processing speed and bright screen. Only issue is the relatively-cheap plastic frame, which might downgrade durability and heat dissipation.

This HP laptop boots up quickly and offers speedy access to the internet. I previously had a 10 year old Win 10 laptop which could not be upgraded to Win 11 so I decided it was time for an upgrade. So far, this new laptop seems to do tasks quickly and the battery life is excellent.

Expected use is primarily web browsing and light office (word, excel) work. Setup was quick and easy. Most of the effort in setup has been removing bloatware. I am not using MS Onedrive or 365. Performing well so far.

I bought this computer because my old Dell Inspiron 1525 just wasn't cutting it anymore. I only needed a Laptop for light tasks as I have a self built desk top. I am very happy with this computer. I was looking for something with at least 16 MG ram I wasn't looking for touch screen but I am very that I have it. Yes I am over all very happy with this computer.

Works great! Bought for my daughter for Christmas to watch videos and play Internet games. Lightweight and quiet. Haven't tested for heavy CPU usage.

This laptop is very practical, I am a college student who is always on zoom, search engines, google, docs and such. It was a great upgrade. The camera works great, the number keyboard on the right side is highly useful, and I was specially looking to work on chrome and it was so easy to download. This is not a poor quality computer.

It works so fast. The battery lasts surprisingly long.

Everything about it for work has been wonderful. The only thing about it, I don't like the sound quality. When I have to be on calls it's very hard to hear even at 100 volume. But for organizing files, making spreadsheets and signs, and connecting to my work apps online, it's very smooth and fast.

Love size and speed. Am able to get work in a timely manner now.
