Don't buy laptops from Best Buy, EVER!

Wish I could rate zero stars. My brand new laptop came to me damaged. Since I did not open the package until 12 days after the return date, I was told that nothing could be done on Best Buy's end. I have purchased many items from Best Buy over the past 20 years, but I will not be a returning customer, especially after waiting on hold twice (for a total of over 45 minutes) to be told this. I'm very disappointed

I told salesman that I wanted a computer like the one I was replacing and expected "touch screen", so disappointed when it arrived & didn't have "touch screen". Otherwise it is works well.
