It was a really nice computer but Windows ARM limited the software I needed to use. If this laptop had an Intel processor, it would have been perfect. If you can use Windows ARM, this will be perfect for you.

I am loyal to HP, but this laptop didn't make the cut. The keyboard felt flimsy and the case was like cheap plastic. Although the large screen, full keyboard, and processor were top, I can get a comparable laptop that feels sturdier for less money. I also found the battery life to be much less that advertised. I had to charge after a mere 4 hours, which was a disappointment since I travel a lot and need battery for ease and comfort working anywhere.

The customer service was amazing even with the exchange they made the process less traumatizing because we were dealing with expensive items.
