It should have been a 5*. But the weight of laptop crunched the rating a bit. Sound would have been a bit better. Brightness as well. But keep in mind the battery is excellent. So a bit compromise on any other stuff is irrelevant. Worth every penny. Overall the best laptop I got in years. I am not a huge fan of HP but this one is amazing. I got this for deal $399. So I am very happy.

Don’t let the low pricing fool you. This computer is great. I use it at home, at work, and even when I’m writing scripts. I love how I can flip it around and use it like a tablet.

Really happy with this laptop! It’s fast, stays cool, and the battery lasts a long time. The display looks crisp and the speakers sound good. Totally worth it.

Got this for a really good price right around back to school time. Local store didn't have it in stock at the time but were super helpful in assisting me in ordering it for store delivery (which happened in just a few days). Plenty of firepower for my needs. Versatile with the 2 in 1 flip function. All in all a solid purchase!

I bought this laptop during a promotion at a great price, and it’s been an excellent choice for casual use and students. The 360° flip design lets you use it as both a laptop and a tablet. It’s lightweight yet powerful for the price, making it a fantastic value.

There is only one thing that I am unhappy about with this laptop and that is that you cannot upgrade the RAM it is pretty slow which can get very frustrating. I made the bad assumption that I could upgrade it before I purchased it and did not find out till afterwards which is my bad I returned one that had a small dent in the case and noticed that this one has a small crack in the back but I was done returning. It's well package so I don't understand what happened but I can live with a little split. I would say that probably happened at the factory because it was obvious it had never been opened The price was right as it was on Memorial Day sale and I just needed something small. I probably would have bypassed it had I known about the ram but it'it is what it is. I love the keyboard and the screen and the fact that you can flip it. I'll do what I can to speed it up but stuck on the 8 GB

This laptop has about the same specs as the very old desktop it’s replacing. I had to buy a disk drive for it. I upgraded to Windows Pro and it was very quickly restored to my settings and preferences of mentioned desktop. I don’t find the tablet mode practical for me due to its size and weight. It has the option for facial recognition as well as pin. The trackpad and keyboard are fantastic as far as responsiveness and comfort. The backlight keyboard and screen are great for my usage. I would recommend this as an affordable transportable computer for typing documents on the go without losing the comfort of a regular keyboard size. The sound is adequate.for light YouTube videos in my opinion. I like the physical camera block and how the screen is set to lock up as soon as you leave. The upgrades were faster than expected. I like how it has two USB A and two USB C ports as one is for charging. It has an earphone jack and an HDMI port which I have not used.

I have been using a 16x12 laptop for several years, but needed one to take with me on airplanes. This size and capacity are what I needed, and am delighted with its performance. 8 1/2 x 12 1/2 is about one half the size.

I got this laptop on sale for $430. I feel like even for the sale price, this laptop is still not worth it. I mean, let's be honest. They are selling a laptop with 8GB of Ram in 2025 for about $700. THAT is unbelievable period. If you are considering buying this, I would honestly have to say NO. Here's why: - Not enough Ram. You cannot open more than 20 chrome tabs without your laptop slowing down phenomenally. I mean, I have 9 chrome tabs open as of writing this review, and my memory is at 84%. - Processor is weak. But sure, if you are not planning on playing games or rendering stuff, you won't notice a difference. BUT, if you want to relax and play some games on the side, then you'll feel the side effects. - Does not come with a pen for touchscreen. This product literally advertises itself as bending into a tablet and even features a pen on one of it's photos yet it does not include a pen in it's accessories LOL. - 60Hz. 60Hz feels ugly, it feels SLOW. Especially in 2025, we need to start normalizing going 75Hz or higher. - THE COPILOT BUTTON!! It is so annoying when I try to press the period button, but accidentally press the 'Copilot' icon button underneath the period which slows down my entire laptop to load the Copilot app. I do not understand why that is even a button. I HATE it. Besides that, the Pro's: Touchscreen, versatile screen modes, keyboard light, aaaaaand thats about it. "Is it worth $700?" -- No. "Is it worth $430?" -- No. I don't know where to look for better laptops, I just got this for school and it's not terrible. But, I am more than certain you can find better deals/specs somewhere else.
