I am completely UNDERWHELMED. This laptop is no comparison to the my HP Envy. I'm using it for business and let just say that it's a train wreck. I use an Emeet speaker/phone combination for work everyday. When I plugged it into the laptop, the laptop returned a message saying that there isn't enough power to run the device and I that I should use an external power source to us the Emeet speaker/phone! I tried using a docking station, and the same message came up. What miniscule level of power this thing has cannot even run a simple plug & play device that works on every last one of my much older laptops without a problem. This was a tremendous waste of $$$, and I'm outside of the return window! I hate this thing and recommend that you prospective buyers get as far away as possible.

Why is the battery life so crappy? Man... Windows 10/11 has always been a disaster. Also stupid slow. I'm not even a power user.

I like the laptop but it randomly stopped charging a month into owning it. I was able to send it out for repair with minimal cost, but the specs are amazing.

I didn't get to use the laptop because Geek Squad didn't accept setting it up without an appointment from my assistant. So I went back today because we were thinking they wouldn't accept the laptop because I'm the one who purchased it. So at 10:30 am, I was told I had to wait until 12:40 to make an appointment, to make an appointment for my laptop. Please make it, make sense. There was only 1 other person in line. You have to have an appointment to make an appointment---are they for real???? The Best Buy manager even told me to just go to lunch and come back. I told her I live 40 miles away. So I returned both laptops to Best Buy and went next door to Office Depot and purchased a laptop plus a desktop!!!

Computer freezes, need to turn on and off the bluetooth daily because devices won't connect, especially when coming off of sleep.

Sure everything's all nice and pretty and polished for HP, however you only received one USBC port. That leaves you running peripherals on Bluetooth. No matter how many times you go into the Bluetooth settings advanced properties anything you cannot set your mouse to wake the PC with the mouse. Completely grayed out. My hands are rather large, so that means I'm consistently hitting the trackpad. Disable the trackpad, and expected my mouse to work, which is a Microsoft mouse, and wake up the device. Can't walk away for 5 minutes without having to touch the screen, turn my Bluetooth off, then turn my Bluetooth back on, and hope to God that it reconnects the Bluetooth mouse. If all else fails, I get to restart the computer remove the device and then added as a new device. I will be taking this piece of sh!+ back immediately!
