The HP OmniBook laptop AI is not only offers a bright, clear and vibrant screen. It's a good value too. Recently purchased our HP OmniBook laptop from our local Best Buy store. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad staff who transferred files from our old laptop, they also helped me through using and navigating our new laptop. Assisted me with connection issues with our printer via remote service. They all deserve a 5 star rating.

I finally had to upgrade my laptop because I needed Windows 11 to do my taxes thus year. I needed to purchase a somewhat higher end computer in order to get a backlit keyboard which I like. I am finding this computer very fast, and I love the larger 17.3 screen. Lots of storage and capabilities I am just beginning to discover. More important, however was the support I got from Geek squad as they transferred everything from my old computer and then helped me log into everything that didnt transfer..As 76 year old, I never felt that the geek squad members demeaned me for my questions or concerns. They were awesome..The annual geek squad support I buy is my " Best Buy" of the year! And I love my new computer!

This laptop was on sale and it has been a great purchase! Works fast and easy to use. The keyboard is easy to read and comfortable!

This is our first laptop. Love the speed, touch screen and its' enlarging feature. Got a wireless mouse and we are happy with this product.

I love my HP Omni book computer! It has great capabilities and a nice large screen which makes my work so much easier on my eyes! I would definitely buy it again!

Fast, reliable and cost effective. Light weight and good design

So far, this laptop has been great. It was easy to set up. The speed and memory capacity are sufficient for my needs. The features that were the selling point for me were the large 17" touch-screen, a number pad and light up keyboard. I have not used any of the AI features, so I can't comment on those capabilities. I also don't typically have several programs/screens running at once, so can not comment on how this laptop performs doing that.

Bought this to replace a really basic ASUS laptop and you can definitely tell the difference, but there is something about these Windows 11 laptops where the cursor skips around, backtracking in documents and you wind up constantly deleting sentences and having to retype them...what a waste of time! The screen is really large and crisp; great color. The touchscreen does not fully function with all programs so that's a little disappointing but I do think the speakers on this unit offer impressive sound. Overall I think this is a great choice for a laptop under $1,000 but I'd get rid of the MS Co-Pilot. Totally unnecessary for those of us that still use our brains!

Very efficient laptop. Works well for our basic needs. Screen easy to read. Still learning its bells and whistles.

The laptop is a very good product for the overall cost. This was purchased foe my wife so we both have access while we are traveling. Easy to set up and transfer all of the data from our desktop. Definitely would buy this product again and thinking about replacing our other laptop

So far this has been a very fast computer. It is really nice to bring documents on to the computer screen. This is a wonderful computer so far! It is nice to have the touch screen. I like the 17" screen on this lap top computer and would not buy at this time a smaller screen. I can open up more than one screen at a time,.

This HP Laptop replaced a 16' inch Sony Vaio still perfect from 2007. The new 17.3"HP Laptop does not have as good screen colors as the Sony from 2007 but it is a touchscreen that is quite helpful is changing the size of the font by touchscreen zooming in. I changed computers because Microsoft does not allow upgrades to windows 11 on older computers and windows 10 support disappears in October. My new HP 17.3 inch purchase was of great value, with significant discounts. It is about as good as it gets for modern computers.

My new laptop worked perfectly from day one and the data transfer was flawless. I knew my old laptop was slow but I had no idea how slow. My new HP Omnibook is exactly what I need!!

Justed Purchased it. But I like everything about it. theres nothing I'd say bad about the product. Now, the first day I was there is when it was on sale. But, The salesman was't treating nice to I left. Came back the next day and a very nice woman helped me out. And even though the computer cost twice as much and the day before, I still purchased it. and from that day on, I shall never regret going to BestBuy because I had such a nice saleswoman helping me out.
