Computer failed within a month of purchase. No audio. NPU (which has to function alongside the CPU and GPU) also not working. Can't tell if the issue is HP, AMD, or Best Buy. But it stinks. BestBy support says "you had 15 days to return it - go away." Product weight is a lie. Says 3.09 pounds. Weighed on the scale - 53 ounces (3 pounds, 5 ounces). Many computers are cheaper that weigh just the same.

I wanted a compact laptop because I was used to using a Surface Pro tablet, and this model met my needs in terms of size. It is fairly light and slim. The non-lattice keyboard took some getting used to, but it’s OK. Battery life is also pretty good. When I first powered it on, it went through the usual PC setup process. During an update restart, it froze on the HP screen. After about 40 minutes, I performed a hard shutdown, turned it back on, and it completed the setup. Since then, it sometimes performs normally after shutdown and during restarts, sometimes it hangs up and I have to push the power button twice to get it to complete the process even after executing all the recommended fixes.

Worked great for 5 days and froze. Brought to Best Buy and they said I needed a new one. Its was warrantied and i should be receiving new ome today. We'll see how long #2 lasts.

I love it so much! It has truly changed the way I manage my files, homework efficiency, and it is a huge motivation game changer. Folding my computer into an iPad is by far my fav quality! A close second is the touch screen… this makes things much for efficient when working at high speed and volumes.
