I bought this laptop 8 months ago, have always kept it in a case, never dropped or damaged it in anyways, bought an anti virus for it, but despite all my efforts, it has never been great. First thought it was because I was used to Apple products and wanted to give it ample time to adjust. But it constantly blacks out and needs to restart. I had to bring it to Geek Squad about 1 month ago when it blacked out and would not restart. I tried every way to restart it, even factory reset and it would not work. They told me it was essentially a corrupted software trying to fix itself. They were able to factory reset it, causing me to lose every thing. Here I am, one month later running into the same issue. Like I said, I was previously an Apple user but wanted to try PC and this specific laptop was recommended to me by customer service. Additionally, it claims to have 21 hours of battery life but it has 10 hours at best. I don’t even use any crazy applications, just for school work- Canvas, Google, regular Web. Display is good, speed is good but not worth it for a laptop that internally breaks less than a year in! Photo is the screen its been on for over 2 hours now, despite being plugged in and trying to force restart it. Such a disappointment & I have major buyers remorse!!!

Pros: - Good for general work - Large screen with decent quality - Performance is fair - handles basic tasks well Cons: - The laptop gets stuck in "tablet mode" taskbar forever, and there's no way to fix it (not that I know of). The only band-aid fix for this is to check off "Optimize taskbar for touch interactions when this device is used as a tablet" in settings, so you can never get the tablet taskbar again unless you check the option back on. (So what this means is you only get 2 options for your taskbar overlay for your "2-in-1" laptop: Windows 11 desktop taskbar or Tablet Windows taskbar, no in between, no changing taskbar setups automatically when you actually want to go into tablet mode, just one or the other). Additionally, it never automatically adjusts the orientation of the screen anymore, which wasn't a problem in the beginning; this is a big issue when you want to use it as a tablet. Apparently, there's supposed to be an option to disable "rotation lock," but there is literally no option for that to be found. - Keyboard is horrific to use (but you'll eventually get used to it) - The little padding at the bottom of the keyboard will create permanent scratches/marks on your screen. (circled in red in picture) Conclusion: Not worth the base price of $800; the maximum you should spend on it is $500 on sale, plus you will run into a lot of issues if you want to use this laptop as a tablet. Even at the price of $500, it's still not getting what you paid for when half the features break or just don't work.

Great computer. Great battery life and display is very clear. 16” screen is perfect for anyone that likes to see information up close.

I chose this laptop because I am no longer impressed with the Intel core processor and online reviews seemed good for the Ryzer. I waited until it was the best price offering before purchasing. It is well worth the investment. I use multiple CRMs for work and for the first time am able to have ALL of them operating at the same time and still able to stream music in the background. The touch screen is responsive without being too sensitive. Run time is currently over 9 hours and charge time is quick compared to my other laptop. Added bonus: the charger is compatible with android type c connections.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing laptop for school, work, and everyday life I’ve been using this HP laptop for a while and honestly, it’s been really solid. It’s fast, reliable, and handles everything I need for school, work, streaming, and everyday stuff with no problem. It turns on quickly, runs smooth, and doesn’t lag even when I have a million tabs open (which I always do). The keyboard is comfortable, the trackpad works great, and the design looks clean and professional. The Poly Studio speakers surprised me—they’re loud and clear, perfect for Zoom classes, meetings, and watching videos without needing headphones all the time. The battery lasts me basically the whole day, so I don’t have to stress about charging constantly. The screen size is perfect for getting work done, and the laptop feels sturdy and well made, not cheap at all. Overall, this laptop has been a great choice for me. If you’re a student or need something dependable for work and daily use, this laptop does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I definitely recommend it.

For the (sale) price, and the trade in I had that went toward it, I am absolutely stoked with this laptop. It runs great, but if I was to complain about a couple things it would be the bloatware (which is all removable) and the Windows Hello camera is slower and less accurate than my old Surface Laptop 3. Small complaints. Gaming is fine if you’re into Stardew Valley or games of the like, but I wouldn’t push it. Display is a little less vibrant that I was expecting, but you can tweak that in color management to help out a bit. All around, still a decent PC to assist me with my day to day.

My laptop is very fast and was inexpensive. It was a great choice to purchase.

Very good product, compact and doing a good work, love it

This product is not only amazing for business and school work, but it is lightweight and easy to operate if you have basic computer knowledge. 10/10 would recommend. The only downside is the battery life is about one full day of use, but it gets you through the day, so I give it 5 stars.

Ok. The price that I paid I could not pass. hp are usually good computers.

It’s a pretty good laptop. Very good size. Runs well but when your running a big application it starts to heat up and sound like a PlayStation4 getting ready for takeoff.

While searching for a laptop I came across a salesman named Austin at Best Buy. He took lots of time explaining various laptops that would meet my needs. I still had a few more places to shop and I came back with a friend who knows more about computers than I do. Again Austin took the time to explain all the ins and outs of this computer to my friend. I then purchased the computer. I was very appreciative of the way Austin could break down the computer fax to my level without making me feel like a complete idiot.

Replacing the same HP product purchased from Best Buy in 2018 (not a bad investment). Only difference I can see is going from a Ryzen 7 to a 5. Speed is not an issue for me so I guess all is good.

It works really good and for the price that I paid I really like it. It was a nice upgrade from the HP that I had prior. I would definitely recommend.

This is my first HP AI laptop, and overall I’m impressed. The display clarity, brightness, and sound quality are excellent. The device feels premium and performs well for most tasks. However, I did expect it to be a bit faster, especially when using Microsoft Copilot. The screen occasionally freezes for a few seconds during Copilot chat, even though everything else runs smoothly. Outside of that, the laptop works great and delivers a solid experience.
