The only thing I would change is it would be nice to have a numeric keyboard on the side. Otherwise, I've been very happy with this laptop!

So far so good I’ve had a Lenovo for years and it was time I wanted fast with storage and 2/1 I got it all. It does get hot as does the charging brick once I read reviews it’s normal and it wasn’t gonna self ignite it does cool down only hot when working hard. The AI I haven’t played with it yet but it’s there when I am. I removed some bloat ware and Macafee love webroot I will say if you’re not technical get help I did it’s set up the right way for my needs.one funny thing my Lenovo had 12g of ram this one 24 Best Buy builds off kilter computers that really don’t show up on normal specs that’s kinda cool.

Great Lap Top ,it does everything I need it to and more. Easy to set up and easy to use.Fast and the picture is excellent.

I had bought this for my girlfriend to use while she is in college. The battery life is great, she can go through all of her classes and take notes, write up essays, and utilize the laptop without worrying if it will make it through the day. She prefers writing on her laptop so the screen is really responsive and that helps a lot with the various projects she works on. Highly recommended for anyone needing a versatile laptop with a good amount of battery life.

This computer has been amazing! Big screen, very fast, never freezes while running many applications. It even plays Fortnite really well!!

We went to look for my daughter who needs one for college. Guy at the store was really helpful and the fact it went on sale made it better. The screen is really nice and big and it has everything she needs. Definitely recommend

I purchased this laptop/Omni Book a couple of months ago, as an upgrade to an older laptop I had been using. Everything from my experience in the store with the sales department, to setting up the laptop with seamless. I am somebody who is working on improving my tech skills and needed a computer that was user-friendly. It is so easy to navigate and I don’t feel overwhelmed using it. This product has great value overall and was reasonably priced. I thought I would have to spend a lot more money on a laptop that has the capabilities this one does, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Very happy for the price point. Speed and storage are what I was looking fo.

So far so good. Boots up fast and running in no time. I like that there was a 24gb RAM option physically available at BB instead of only 16 or 32. 16" is a good size for my needs. Display is bright and displays well at various angles. I do wish that the stylus pen was included.

Overall it's a fast computer, nice screen and graphics. I'm not a huge fan of the keyboard, but I'm getting used to it. My main complaint is how heavy the computer is. It's a solid value for the price.

We had a budget for new laptops and criteria we wanted. This laptop provided our storage and speed criteria PLUS features like touch screen and tablet conversion.( Email print is small; haven't figured out how to correct yet.)

The computer is being used for creating online content and managing online sales. The processing speed is excellent. The screen size is perfect for creating content on a portable unit. I am totally satisfied with this computer.
