The Customer Service and Geek Squad support was outstanding. I first purchased a 1 inch screen but decided quickly that I needed to go back to a bigger screen. It was a flawless exchange and in a couple of days I had my new computer all set up and ready to go. The only thing I wish was that you could call the store directly vs. going through a 1-800 number to try and solve any issues/exchanges.

Great laptop that has delivered for my personal use. Also like the atmospheric blue color as a nice astherix feature.

The laptop is amazingly thin and feels quite sturdy and premium. It has a good entry level dedicated graphics card. Screen looks good. Sound is average, could have been better.

Very good laptop been using for about a month havent had any problems,other then the battery not lasting long but thats common when using laptops its kind of heavy but light enough to not bother you hwrn carrying around on campus. No complaints other then the batgedy not lasting long.

I am very pleased with my HP laptop. I love the backlit soft touch keys. The only thing I think isn't great is the facial recognition. It hardly ever recognizes me.

Its a nice computer for the price. we will see how it stacks up with my work load and everything! the displays is really good too!

I like this I use it for college it doesn’t lag any and can do pretty much anything I need it to do. I can play music watch a movie and do work at the same time.

HP Omnibook X Flip 2 in 1 is an excellent laptop for both personal and office use with superfast processor, quality graphics and awesome sound. Overall, this is one of the best HP laptop to buy and highly recommend it!

I got it for the wife. She likes it so thats good. The only thing that bummed me out was that I bought it Thursday Dec 16th and had it coming Saturday the 18th. But on that Saturday while out for delivery Best Buy had it on Deal of the day for $200 Cheaper. So that sucked

The Laptop is as described. I believe its value for money. I use it for both work and my studies and it is a help with my tasks and lightweight.
