    No easy, intuitive way to transfer old computer (Windows 10) set up and files. Also, no Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) that I had previously purchased were n the computer or apparently transferable from the old computer to the new computer. Other than that, it appears to be running okay.

    Overall, I'm happy with this Laptop. The only thing that could be better is the resolution of the screen. Even when is nice and clear, it is not 4K, which would be great to play movies
