Overall it's a good laptop and worth money. However its not something I would say wow. It's 2-in-1 laptop with latest core ultra 7 series 2 processor with IPS screen with 400 nits. It's light weight and has long battery life. I didn't like the keyboard and keypad of the laptop.

This is a really nice little laptop. I bought for my son to use at college. It has a really sharp screen, lots of HD space and memory and fits nicely in his backpack. I do wish it had a front camera that he could use to record what's in front of him while it is open to facilitate note taking. He has permission through disabled student services but has to use his phone instead. That is really my only criticism.

The staff at the Best Buy in Chesterfield were fantastic in helping me to find a laptop that fit my needs and was in my budget, both as a fellow local business owner and a children's Author & Illustrator. And so far, the 2-in-1 has been a PERFECT fit. I LOVE the LED keyboard, the great battery life and it is MUCH cooler than my previous laptop, which always got extremely hot. And the 2-in-1 flip top which allows me to draw and illustrate on it as if it was a tablet, is AWESOME!

Great power for a great value! Purchased for my daughter to go to college with. Great processing, great picture, and the touch screen is an added bonus.

Haven't used it much, but it appears to be a great laptop so far. More than enough memory. The only downside is the sound, I don't require loudness, but it is relatively low. I do have issues with hearing, therefore, I wish it had a feature to adjust the sound for hearing impairments. If it does, I haven't discovered it yet, and I am still learning about its many features.

The laptop itself has been so awesome, It's very fast, stays connected to the internet and has had no operational problems so far. And, I feel very safe with it. In regards to the battery life, I am not sure because I usually have it plugged in. I am not a tech geek but for the personal reasons I use it, I am happy! I do recommend this laptop!

I wanted something that would be lighter to carry than my gaming computer but still wow me with speed and this delivered. Love the color and the touch screen.

The screen display is excellent, the processor speed is good for home/home office use, and the laptop is versatile. The only thing is that, as with most HP laptops its slightly on the heavy side.
Good, but not really the best value on the market.

Overall it is very good with some decent limitations.
Because the iGPU is an intel it has some software limitations that Intel has been releasing quite a few driver updates to make most games playable on 1080P low to medium settings. This is their top of the line iGPU as well.
The problem is that it will reserve up to 8 Gigs of RAM for a system that is already at the minimum anyone should buy anyway. Even when an eGPU is connected to the device, it still reserves 4 Gigs of RAM for the iGPU and that's just poor memory management honestly.
The build quality, typing, and screen quality all match the MacBook Air and the efficiency is close enough that it makes this viable as an alternative to the Apple if you want better gaming and x86 compatibility.
I returned it due to the reserved 4 Gigs of RAM for the GPU at all times, but you might like it. If you're using it for basic tasks and just need long battery life, you'll likely love it.
