This laptop is excellent, very good 16" screen, great sound and an impeccable finish.

Ordering was a bit bumpy. I had my online order canceled for some reason, even the folks in the store weren't sure why. However, I was given the same discount when I re-ordered in-store. The service was fine, and I'm happy with the laptop. Rather, my significant other is, as it was her Christmas gift.

Fast reliable and easy to use. This is an excellent product for somebody who has basic to moderate needs for a computer. I love the fact that the screen can be flipped and used like a large tablet. Extremely versatile great battery life and definitely would recommend this as a high-quality laptop. I also purchased a protection plan to go with it because accidents do happen, but this is a great product for the price.

nice make with decent cpu, fits well for people doing daily microsoft tasks and few gaming. 16g ram may not be sufficient sometimes. the fan is quiet.

I was looking for 2 keys things... battery life and loud enough speakers that I can hear video when in the shower... weird, I know but that mostly how I use my PC... and some working from home. This is great! Plenty powerful enough for the simple things I'm doing no problem. I connect to a dock but when I do use the laptop keyboard the keys seems pretty good and the backlighting. The speakers get loud enough... Probably not great for music but I think that's expecting too much. Everything so far is great. I cannot comment on the touch screen tablet stuff... I don't prefer that and haven't even tried using it that way. I actually when typing sometimes accidentally touch the screen with other fingers and it switches to tablet mode and then the keys don't work, not a big deal once you are aware of it. So I cannot give feedback on those features but as a laptop I'm 100% satisfied and recommend.
