Purchased this because Windows 10 on my old laptop was being phased out. The Geek squad transferred everything from my old laptop to this new one. I am happy with this purchase as it is easy to use and I am getting used to it. It has alot of features that I will probably never use, but so far it appeas to be user-friendly. I would recommend this laptop!

i love the feel of this laptop very much. i don't have any complaints and love how fast the processing on it is. great laptop for daily work and amazing for fun as well. screen quality is lovely for gaming also.

Easy setup and ready to go. The backlit keyboard is very nice and the "23-hour" battery life is excellent! First time with Windows 11 home, but seems intuitive and similar to 10. This HP Omnibook-X is fast!

Great computer for the price. Light for traveling, yet sturdy for daily use. Lots of new features with windows compared to my old computer. Perfect amount of memory storage and processing speed. I highly recommend this computer.

Very good at work and also for home use. Great at feel. Screen resolution also good and speaker are also great. Just the web cam us low quality. Need to buy another external web cam.

It's a little confusing to set up, but thankfully Geeksquad was able to help me through the process and now it is so much better for doing my work. The sound from the speakers is so much better and I don't need external speakers anymore. Love the graphics too. So much more crisp.

Absolutely love my new laptop! I was always a MacBook fan, but mine crapped out on me, and this has been the best possible replacement! I’m a teacher and I’m planning a wedding, so it is working hard and working well! Would definitely buy again!

I absolutely love this laptop! The Copilot feature is awesome and the 16GB memory is more than enough for what I do on a daily basis. The outside is sleek and classy, but sturdy! I have not used the flip function yet, but look forward to using it while watching movies on a business trip! Very affordable with all the accessories!

Great computer! Speed and capacity is very good and touch screen feature is great. Use this feature all the time. Geek Squad in helping to set up computer and transferring data from old computer was great!

So far this is a lot easier than the MacBook. Still learning but I give it a thumbs up. Sleek-Fast-On Point.

I am absolutely enjoying my laptop. I love the sleek, smooth feel and the fact that I can flip my monitor. So convenient for when I'm at the park picnicking with my son.

I had to upgrade my old computer because of new software. This computer was very easy to work with and I transferred all my data with no problems. I am very pleased with this computer.

This laptop has been a fantastic replacement for my previous one purchased in '18! Great memory/speed for uploading/editing videos. I didn't think I would need a flipbook laptop but makes it much easier for my work. Great recommendation Best Buy!

I searched for a new computer to replace my old Windows 10 that is losing support. Found this on sale for $539 and its an awesome laptop!

I purchased this model HP laptop two months ago and have been using it ever since. It's fast and very satisfying. I highly recommend it.
