I’ve been using this desktop for a little while now, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall performance. The setup process was simple and straightforward, and the included keyboard and mouse were a nice bonus to get started right away. What impressed me the most is how fast and smooth it runs, even with multiple programs open. Whether I’m browsing, streaming, or doing some light gaming, the speed and responsiveness are excellent. The cooling system also works quietly, so I can use it for long hours without distraction. The sleek and compact design looks great on my desk and doesn’t take up much space. It also has plenty of USB ports, which makes it convenient for connecting devices. Overall, this desktop is a great value for the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable computer for home, work, or school. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made recently!

The geek squad transferred my data and special programs from my old desktop. What an improvement from my old and obsolete desktop! It takes up less space, is quieter, and is a lot faster.

This desktop computer was really good value. It’s really quick enough storage enough memory in the CPU is really quick very easy to install too.

Unit is very quiet, meeting all my expectations. Like all the usb ports on the front, easy to use and set up. Small foot print so fits right on my desk.

Works very well. Is a lot faster than my older computer that had windows 10. Was pretty easy to setup. Did get a new monitor. Comes with keyboard and mouse.

I bought this on sale and think it was an excellent buy. I like that the main components are more modern than many computers that I see. CPU: 8000 series and DDR5 RAM. Intel has had problems with its latest CPU's so I wanted AMD. The computer runs fine as is but expansion is limited. The RAM has an available slot so you can easily add another 16GB. For storage, there are no bays in the case for a SSD or available M.2 connectors. I added a PCI-E x1 to M.2 adapter card and put a NVMe M.2 SSD on the adapter for a second hard drive. I liked that there was not a lot of bloatware preinstalled on the computer. HP's diagnostic seem simple and good but they are always trying to up-sell something. My first HP computer but I would buy it again (on sale).

I needed a simple and inexpensive computer for business work (no gaming). For that purpose this fit the bill nicely since I bought it on sale. I was a bit frustrated in the beginning because the wireless connection to failed several times a day and would either require a network reset, or a reboot, both worked. After a little research I discovered that my wireless NIC was not waking up properly after sleep. So I simply told the wireless connection not to go to sleep even if the computer did and I have not had a problem since. A previous HP PC I bought was filled with bloatware, this one had none :)

I had my first HP computer for 12 years. My second one laster for almost 20! I have a great feeling about my new HP OmniDesk Desktop and the many years ahead creating and helping me manage my life and our nonprofit's operations!

Perfect desktop for working at home. Slim design and wood accents really make this look sharp.

I have not had any problems. It turns right on and is fast. Very easy to use and a great bang for your buck. My son used for virtual school and I use for work. Great home computer!

Takes forever to start up and I have only had it for two months. When it does finally start up I get a blank screen and sometimes it says there was an error on startup and it has to reboot.

It's been a while since I worked with a HP laptop or desktop and this experience was exceptional. The desktop had little to no bloatware, the tower is lightweight, has a relatively small footprint, and it super quiet. The machine seems to be quick and setup was super smooth with no issues. I would definitely purchase this product again if the need arises.

I had to upgrade from windows 10 so bought this new PC. Always been an HP products buyer and so far it hasn't disappointed me. I like the keyboard, which, is smaller and has some weight to it and keeps in place. From the size of it, sometimes hitting the right keys becomes an issue, but, nothing you can't deal with. The mouse like other versions, has it's own issues with the on/off button. It's tiny and kind of hidden. Would've been easier more functional to have placed it on the side. Wish it had more usb c inlets in the front, but, at least there's a source for it. The speed is great compared to the older model I have. It's quick and can get working a lot faster on this one. The combo makes it easier to start working right away instead of having to buy a keyboard and a mouse for it. Greatest thing I was able to get going once I signed into my Google acount and most of the stuff came to it without having to load items or passwords from the older PC. Satisfied so far, no need for tech support.

When on sale this is a fantastic basic tower that will handle most tasks with ease. It is a fast little machine. Now it is not a full size tower at all, it is perfect for office tasks, general computing, school work, and even light gaming and photo editing. It is also super quiet.

I am very impressed with this computer purchase compared to our previous computer. This computer turns on/off at the speed of light compared to our previous computer. It also runs extremely quiet. I’m sure there are things that it can do that I do not know or will ever know, but we are using it as a basic home computer. It is interesting nowadays that computers are lacking a dedicated pre-installed disc drive and microSD card readers, but such are the times I guess. Purchasing it from Best Buy, in the store, was a very smooth process. We have purchased many things from Best Buy over the years and plan on continuing.

I purchased this HP OmniDesk with the AMD Ryzen 5 for one of my employees who needed something reliable and fast enough to handle multiple CRMs and sites at once. After consulting with one of the Best Buy reps, I decided to go with this model—and it’s been a great buy. It has just the right amount of power for multitasking throughout the day, and performance has been smooth and consistent. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a dependable work computer.
