    I just bought it, so of course its in perfect condition. I actually got this open box which meant it didn't have a warranty, but the condition it was in was amazing. It's literally like they took the tape off the box and then brought it back to the store.

    Not sure if it is the computer or Windows 11 or a combination of the two, but the shut-down doesn't always work, the file manager stalls constantly and is really slow. I am having to spend a lot of time on forums and so far nothing has helped.
