The unit itself is great. It has everything plenty of memory for my purposes and a dedicated video card. The outer shell looks nice and is about 20% smaller than my last tower which is over 15 years old. My complaint, and the reason for only 3 stars, is the preloaded software and Microsoft Onedrive. I did not think to look at and change the settings on Onedrive before transferring all my data from my old computer. Before I realized it, I was getting notifications that I was over the limit of storage for my Onedrive account. This caused my email to stop working properly, I was not able to send emails out until I got my storage issue taken care of. Of course, Microsoft make this difficult. When you go to manage account, the only option available is to purchase more storage. They do not make it easy to alter the settings. This has since been resolved, but now I am inundated with McAffee and HP pop-up windows. It's a really nice computer, but may be my last HP due to the issues with the preloaded software. I know that I could have built one and avoided all of this, but the price was right. The Black Friday sale price for this one was better than the cost of me building my own with all the same specs.

A little funny about this computer. It does not have acd/dvd port. It does not have a media card reader either. It also is not as fast as my HP envy that had that stuff. This one has way more of everything else, but loads so much slower. I'm struggling to understand it. A brand new computer with more everything else should essentially be faster. and with what i paid for it, I really expected it to be better/faster. So far the only thing better is that it is not completely overladed with microsoft updates like my old one. Its a more sleek design so doesnt take up as much room as my HP Envy. The good thing, it has a couple slots in the back that I could add other componants. I did purchase an adapter so I could still use my SD cards, but could also just plug in my camera to the computer and do it that way with a USB port. I'm not sure about any of you, but when you pay over $1,000 for a computer, I guess I believe it should have come with more than what it did. It should be faster. So far, It is handling my design programs well. No issues with my cutting machine or my 3 printers, so that is a big plus.

It is working just fine.....still trying to get everything set up....getting use to W11, I had W10 on my old Dell Alien, but it wouldn't upgrade to W11...(loved that machine) After the nonsupport of MS stopping updates for W10 I had to get a new computer...this one is so much smaller in size than the Alien. It looks great on my oak desk..

I really like this HP tower computer. It is a whole lot faster than my windows 10. I was surprised how easy it was to set up in about 20 minutes. This tower is smaller than my old one so takes up less room, and I like the dark wood color. I prefer the tower over all in one because it was a better value, easy to upgrade and easy to repair, I would not buy a all in one.

My mother has enjoyed her new computer. It has brought her peace of mind.

I haven’t purchased a new computer in years. After doing some research, knowing what I wanted in a desktop, and speaking to a geek squad salesperson, I felt confident with my choice. After getting it all set up by the geek squad, got it home, got it all connected, and good to go. Loving it!

I bought this for my husband, and he was very pleased with how it runs his games. Set up was a breeze, and it looks beautiful. A great option for those who are too imidated with building their own PCs.

Snagged this computer during the black Friday sale and have been pleased with the results. An adult computer that can still run gaes like a champ when work is done for the. Operates well, not too much bloated pre installed software.

Set up was super easy along with integrating my OneDrive accounts. Fast, worked well with adobe lightroom, minimal lags. With there was another HDMI readily available though

So far so good. It’s fast. Small. Bought instead of replacing with yet another laptop. With its power ABs NVidia card, the Best Buy rep told me I should be good for some years. Worked for me!!!!

I truly love this computer, it's exactly what I needed. It's powerfull, easy to setup and highly functional. I really appreciate that it came with 32GB of Ram.

Pretty compact tower PC, that matches the overall performance with Fusion and 4k video editing when compared with my larger Asus tower system, very impressed!

I’m very excited about my new HP Desktop Computer! The Best Buy Greek Squad set my computer up and did a very good job of explaining the features of my new desktop!

This desktop is so much better than my old one. It has the USB ports on the front so they are easy to get to. Very fast start up. Have not had any problems thus far.

This computer is blazing fast due to 32GB memory and Nvidia card. I'm not a gamer but the Nvidia card should help performance a lot.

Faster and quiet than my old tower. I still wish they would make towers with DVD/CD players in them, but alas.

Great computer. Cant wait to for my brother to open it up for christmas. Its got all the needed specs to run his lightroom

Just replaced our desktop, (15 year old) desktop. Geek Squad came and set up, they were fantastic to work with. Best Buy, is great

So far so good. Solid, fast machine that provided me just what I was looking for in terms of memory and storage as well.
