A little funny about this computer. It does not have acd/dvd port. It does not have a media card reader either. It also is not as fast as my HP envy that had that stuff. This one has way more of everything else, but loads so much slower. I'm struggling to understand it. A brand new computer with more everything else should essentially be faster. and with what i paid for it, I really expected it to be better/faster. So far the only thing better is that it is not completely overladed with microsoft updates like my old one. Its a more sleek design so doesnt take up as much room as my HP Envy. The good thing, it has a couple slots in the back that I could add other componants. I did purchase an adapter so I could still use my SD cards, but could also just plug in my camera to the computer and do it that way with a USB port. I'm not sure about any of you, but when you pay over $1,000 for a computer, I guess I believe it should have come with more than what it did. It should be faster. So far, It is handling my design programs well. No issues with my cutting machine or my 3 printers, so that is a big plus.

My mother has enjoyed her new computer. It has brought her peace of mind.

I haven’t purchased a new computer in years. After doing some research, knowing what I wanted in a desktop, and speaking to a geek squad salesperson, I felt confident with my choice. After getting it all set up by the geek squad, got it home, got it all connected, and good to go. Loving it!

So far so good. It’s fast. Small. Bought instead of replacing with yet another laptop. With its power ABs NVidia card, the Best Buy rep told me I should be good for some years. Worked for me!!!!

This desktop is so much better than my old one. It has the USB ports on the front so they are easy to get to. Very fast start up. Have not had any problems thus far.

So far so good. Solid, fast machine that provided me just what I was looking for in terms of memory and storage as well.

Excellent little machine with a lot of power. Extremely fast and ready-to-go right out of the box. Plenty of display and USB Port.

No optical drives. Not enough USB ports on back resulting in unsightfully mass of cords on front.

This computer was "Open Box - Excellent". What should have been a beautiful HP computer somehow had Dell apps and drivers installed on it. The computer actually thought it was a Dell. I spoke to SEVERAL people in several areas of customer service and they thought I should pay Best Buy to do the factory reset that should have been done before they shipped it out. Too bad. Best Buy lost shipping both ways and they also lost a customer. I'll buy my next computer directly from HP.
