Great processor for home use, fast, responsive and compact

Did not know my new computer needed a monitor with a display port. Never mentioned by Geek Squad. Instructions state that VGA to USB-C or to HDMI would work...but no that does not. Not functional yet.

Computer is functioning as expected. This HP model performs the tasks for which it was recommended by Best Buy's staff. For me, transitioning to this new computer was accomplished with the shared experience of a friend. Madison and Ethan were most helpful with my selection, purchase and placement in my car. THANKS!!

So far, HP Omnidesk has worked as advertised and I am totally satisfied. Took a bit of time to discover that the dongle for the mouse was stored inside the mouse itself but thats OK. Could have used some device specific documentation, none provided.

HP has always been my go-to for computer products, and all I needed was an upgrade that could run Windows 11 and MS programs, so I could keep using all my household forms from my 11 year old desktop.

Just wanted a computer for my wife to check emails,play music and interact with her friends on Facebook. It does the job.

I like this space saving device. It is small but does a good job. Looks cool.

Simple set up and easy to use. Speed is great. Nice compact design fits small space well.

Now that my computer is working, I am happy. I have used for 25 years Hp desktops, printers, monitors, and laptops, and have always been pleased with the product. My main concern this time was in the directions for setting up the tower. The use of pictures, rather than words, made it difficult (almost impossible) to get it hooked up. I called for help over the weekend and was told by Holly that there was no technician and try later. I finally decided you didn't provide a tech person over the w3eekend, which is something that should have been said the first time I called. When I finally got someone on Monday, he was great and patient. The final thing that actually got me connected was when he had me open the mouse and take out something to plug into the back of the tower. Nowhere in the directions was there an indication that this should be done. In other words, I am happy once again with the product but think you need to make the directions for setup much clearer.

This Computer is extremely fast and super easy to set up. If your looking to do Facebook games emails and music this Computer is well worth it and the cost was extremely affordable.

I like this HP tower computer that I bought at Best Buy on sale for $369.99 in November, 2025. I am not a gamer...I just do the basics such as going to my e-mail account, YouTube, Google, wiki, bank/brokerage account, etc. simple stuff. I am a retiree so I like it when things are easy to use/set up. Grandson convinced me to make the move to buy. Thanks Alexander. Bought similar one from Wal-Mart in 2020 for $300 during pandemic. Was having problems with software/browser (Microsoft Edge) so I decided to clean the slate clean and also bought new monitor, keyboard and mouse. Technology is old after two years so I just decided to start fresh with new purchases. The total that I spend for all these items was @ $490. This is a good computer for the money. No complaints !!!

Very good,computer is fast. It does every thing I want it to do

Purchased while on sale, recently installed, took 2 hrs. to go through all the processes that the system walks you through. Computer would not awaken from sleep mode this morning, had to do a hard shut down. Not sure if that is going to be an ongoing problem? Checked system to make sure that the "mouse" and /or keyboard are set -up to allow the system to awaken and they were both active and turned on. Have owned HP desktop computers in the past and was very pleased with the overall quality. This computer should have a larger storage capacity, hopefully 256GB will be sufficient for many years as a daily use type computer. Hoping for the best, will see what unfolds as time moves forward.

Needles to say, being PUSHED into any expenditure by a controlling near monopoly like Microsoft or any other major player in technology (like telephones) because they deem it necessary when good enough is enough and for their need for money to feed the beast that they are - such is detestable! In the midst of this frustration over losing a good and paid-for computer, I found the blessing of the dedicated techies at the Sunrise, Florida, store to be exceptional in their commitment to excellence and dedication to making things right; and providing friendly while also informative advice. Kudos to the helpful and professional techies at the Sunrise, Florida, store; and their empathy for what we all go through.

good, easy to install, quiet, small, takes up less room

Its a great little computer for basic needs. Runs office products, internet, and recent games without issue. Obviously not a gaming machine, but even Cyberpunk works on it.

Always a fan of HP. Perfect computer for my wife. pays video perfectly. much better than her old computer. much faster and plenty of memory for her.
