Needles to say, being PUSHED into any expenditure by a controlling near monopoly like Microsoft or any other major player in technology (like telephones) because they deem it necessary when good enough is enough and for their need for money to feed the beast that they are - such is detestable! In the midst of this frustration over losing a good and paid-for computer, I found the blessing of the dedicated techies at the Sunrise, Florida, store to be exceptional in their commitment to excellence and dedication to making things right; and providing friendly while also informative advice. Kudos to the helpful and professional techies at the Sunrise, Florida, store; and their empathy for what we all go through.

Awesome value for a small workstation system. Bought it for my wife to use in her home office for Real Estate and it's more than capable of doing the basics she needs. Startup time is almost instantaneous, it runs quickly and you don't have any crazy load times for anything even though it's got a low amount of RAM and a smaller processor (upgradeable too, btw). The only thing I would recommend is getting a small set of speakers or using whatever bluetooth headset or earbuds you already use for audio, and having an external SSD for expanded storage capacity.

My old desktop was only good for Windows10. The sale person at BEST BUY told me this was what for home use. He was very helpful and since it was not in stock he had it shipped to my house at no cost. It does everything I need.

Bought this computer for my Father who is 93 years old. His old computer wouldn't upload the new Windows 10 and plus his computer was 15 years old. It's simple and easy to use even for a 93 year old :)

Perfect upgrade from an OLD Windows desktop. I am amazed at the speed and how easy it was to configure. I am not a Gamer or Power user and it does EXACTLY what I need it for.

I purchased the HP OnmiDesk Slim Desktop computer in November 2025 and have used it for about 1-1/2 months. I got it at a great price during Best Buy's holiday sales. So far it has operated smoothly and I have had no issues with it. I do not do video gaming so I cannot speak to that. I'm very pleased with this computer.

This product is awesome. It is very well made. It fits perfectly in a small spot. There's more than enough room and I'd love it because it's fast. The speed is awesome. It looks gorgeous when you turn on. Everything is right there when you turn it on.You can see all your apps. Everything is right in front of you. You can read things very clearly. I would definitely buy for a Christmas gift.

Its slimmer than my previous computer and faster. Im glad i made this purchase.

I needed to go from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I didn't need anything real elaborate for it was just for home use. This product fit my needs.

Really nice desktop. I just wish the power cord was 10 inches longer. It doesn't reach so I had to use a very short extension cord.

Everything about this HP desktop computer is great! And the Best Buy Geek Squad members I dealt with were very nice and helpful. They helped me save money too!

"Slim" is doing fine, now. Best Buy did not tell me that I couldn't use my current monitor unless I purchased an adapter to connect the two, also that the wireless keyboard and mouse did not work until I removed the "dongle" from the mouse and plugged it into the Slim.
