Speakers Did Not Work

Absolutely no sound would come out of the speakers. Returned to best buy who then had to ship the device out for service (that took several weeks!) only to have the device returned with the speakers still not working and all my saved item wiped clean!! A total nightmare. I liked the laptop overall, other than this issue. I was able to return it for another HP. But guess what, the new HP is having issues! It freezes randomly for no reason. Me and HP are going our separate ways. I cannot recommend this brand.

Perfect, Just what I needed

I like the slim design, the speed of loading, the clear picture screen and the already loaded apps
