Great laptop for average user
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had my last laptop for about 3 years (a Toshiba Satellite) before it died in a thunderstorm, wasn't planning on getting a laptop or anything so I had to go cheap end. I bought this refurbished. Everything seems good on it, though I'm still getting used to Windows 10. It definitely handles the basic stuff I use a lot better than my last computer did. I saw some reviews say it was heavy, I can't attest to that, its lighter than my last computer so I'm perfectly happy with it in my bag. Haven't really had any problems, still just leary that mine is refurbished, but otherwise works great for an average user like me (stuff like Word/PPT/Excel, Netflix, Chrome).
