My computer is gold and I love how unique and subtle the color is. It's not a bright gold, but more of a matte satin brushed gold finish. I opened the box after I got settled in the house after work. I had to let the computer do some updates, which took some time. So that's all I did the first night I got it. The next night, I downloaded some software to it and explored the computer a little. The interface is user friendly. I researched laptops and decided on this one based on the speed and price. I think the speed is great! I haven't had any problems. I click on a link and I'm there in less than a second. I googled how to get the keyboard to light up...F4. Works great!

This laptop is okay at doing everything, but not great at any one thing. I got it to be able to go online and check emails and watch tv off my phone. it works well for gaming with the visuals turned down, the camera is good and i like the keyboard. I use an external mouse so i dont have much experience with the mousepad but it seems good when i do use it. i like to listen to music loud and watch movies too, so with that the speakers are a little quiet, but they sound good. i use a bluetooth speaker to help with it.

I'm not sure if its the laptop of if it's Windows 10. I wish I could go back to Windows 7 forever. There are a few things I like about the laptop. It's pretty light for it's size. I love that it had a backlit keyboard, and I love the color. It is also equipped with a 1tb hard drive which is awesome. However the laptop is very slow and sluggish. The product description said the performance was great and that you could run multiple things at once, which is not true. Overall it's an ok laptop, but it's not worth $600.

This laptop is not heavy to carry about as a student. It has good features generally and is fast!

Have not had any issues with the laptop itself but just be sure to get a protective case or bag because it scratches easily. Other than than it has plenty of storage and it runs really well.

I searched for almost a year and finally decided on this laptop. The price was a little more, however I am very satisfied with my choice. My son is able to play the games he likes, i.e. Minecraft, Roblox... The speed has been good for the games and internet browsing. The touchscreen is a nice added feature. Perfect for my personal needs, pay bills, email, documents, etc.

VERY BAD BATTERY LIFE ON MINES MAYBE DEFECTIVE AND IT SHUTS OFF AND ON, i ALSO HAD TO CALL HP CAUSE IT ONLY SHOWED 6 MONTHS WARRANTY ON IT EVEN THOU IT WAS A NEW PURCHASE MAKES ME WONDER IF THIS WAS A RETURNED ITEM, BUT IM STOCK WITH IT SO THERE IS NOTHING i CAN DO AT THIS POINT

It's a really good laptop, but the only complaint that I have about it is that it randomly restarts from time to time. Other than that, I love it.

My wife after trying it out found she really likes the touch screen function. She uses this laptop to do church bulletins with pictures. The touch screen lets her move things around on the page the way she wants it.

With the large amount of memory, and large hard drive, I can store a lot of documents and photos. It also makes navigating the internet much faster!

Very nice looking and easy to use. Not enough directions for a first time user. I bought this for my daughter who was not familiar with a laptop or Windows 10. The tutorial is fine but if you are not familiar with the computer it is difficult and not that user friendly.

I really like that this laptop has a back lit keyboard, large screen, DVD/CD drive, 10 key, and decent battery life.

The laptop overall is ok. The touchpad is a little wonky, the display has nice colors. Battery seems to not keep so long. I feel like is a little pricer.

I needed to replace an older computer. I chose the HP because it offered everything I needed at a great price. The touch screen is amazing for a laptop. I also chose this model because it had a DVD drive, which comes in very handy.

Always had a 17.3" hp but this one had all the bells n whistles and was extremely light!! Great speed and after 3 weeks of use no issues as yet!! Love the the lit keyboard.

I need to purchase a computer for my kids for school. I did a lot of research and tried to determine what they needed. After looking around for a couple of days, I decided these were the best. They offer a little bit of everything at a great cost. My girls are very satisfied with their new laptops.

The 15 inch screen is better than I thought. I was use to larger screens

This is a good computer for my needs, I am not a gamer and do not run to many things at once, I have always liked HP.

The laptop was so lightening fast and thin. The gold color was a matte finish and very rich design. Light weight and great product.

So its not a performance gaming laptop, big deal. It gets the job done, well worth the price!
